AGDQ 2017 Review + Goals

  1. Guess I'll make a pastebin of how I feel right now as I'm about to leave AGDQ to go to the airport. When I 1st wanted to go to AGDQ back in early 2015, the 1st excuse I got was that "It's snowing + bad weather" plus I was in University at the time, so I kinda got depressed over that which eventually led to dropping out of University a month or two later. Next excuse for SGDQ 2015 after almost getting everything ready was that my dad thought I would have more fun at Orlando, Florida with my sister + it's been forever since my dad as seen her. AGDQ 2016 was the same exact excuse, and we were having passport/border issues for SGDQ 2016. And now that I finally went to my very 1st GDQ this year, I'm really happy that I finally got to go to a GDQ and I'm very excited for what lies ahead in the future.

  3. I'm extremely happy that I got to meet most of my friends and many new people/friends for the very 1st time as well. This includes Dax, Bl00dyBiz, Ace, Vash, Riz, Spike, Kasa, Toji, Xem, Almo, Kungfufruitcup, Kirbymastah, and many others. Due to this, my dad won't have to use the "You never met them before" excuse which I'm really happy about.

I also had fun doing a couple races as well, which were 2 BbSFM HD: Aqua (Critical) races with Zetris, Lemon, RebelDragon, & BTrue, KHFM HD (Beginner) with Zetris, Bl00dyBiz, BTrue, Mysora, Beckworth, Earthboundian, Salad, & Lemon, and a Yu-Gi-Oh Forbidden Memories race with Bl00dyBiz and White even though I didn't finish it. The food was really good there as well even though I mostly ate Pizza and drank Coke. :P

My plans now this year are to attend RPG Limit Break which I'm hoping BbSFM HD (Critical) gets in and see my friends despite if it gets in or not, maybe attend SGDQ if I can which will be a closer distance to me than AGDQ, try to be more talkative and talk to my friends, help more people with certain categories if they need help, and learn new runs.

  9. Goals/Runs that I want to learn at some point this year
  10. - BbSFM HD: Aqua (Critical): At least either mid 1:06 or maybe 1:05
  11. - BbSFM HD: All Stories (Critical): Maybe a deathless run? Run is already good for the most part.
  12. - KHFM HD Any% (Beginner): Around a 2:45 or 2:46
  13. - KHFM HD All Worlds (Beginner): 3:45? Generally want my time to be less than a hour behind my Any% time.
  14. - KHFM HD Any% (Proud): Around a 3:10
  15. - KHFM HD All Worlds (Proud): Maybe around a 4:20
  16. - KHFM HD Any% (Proud LV1): Sub 3:30 at least
  17. - KHFM HD All Worlds (Proud LV1): Sub 4:30
  18. - KHFM (PS2; Any% Beginner): Sub 5:05
  19. - KHFM (PS2; All Worlds Beginner): Sub 6:05
  20. - KHFM (PS2; Any% Proud): Probably sub 5:40?
  21. - KHFM (PS2; All Worlds Proud): Sub 7
  22. - KH1 Any% (J; PS2): Around a 5:16 or 5:17
  23. - KH1 All Worlds (J; PS2): Around a 6:54-6:55 or lower?
  24. - KH1 Any% (English; PS2): Maybe around a 5:22 or lower?
  25. - KH1 All Worlds (English; PS2): Maybe around a 7:10 or lower?
  26. - Re:CoM: Get a better time in Sora's Story and improve my PB in Riku's Story
  27. - All versions of KH2: Get better + learn more about the run/strats
  28. - LV1 Data Org RTA (PS2): Around a 25:xx-26:xx
  29. - LV1 Data Org RTA (2.5): Get a better run with most current strats
  30. - KH3D HD: Sub 2:30 for NG+ (Beginner)
  31. - KH BbS 0.2: Hope that most of the run isn't blocked because no HD Capture Card
  32. - PS4 versions of KH: Get good times + have fun
  33. - Jak and Daxter: Probably learn Any% (Glitchless)
  34. - Paper Mario: TTYD: Learn English (Any% Glitchless)
  35. - Ratchet & Clank: UYA: Learn the run? This is a Maybe as of right now since I want to accomplish my other goals first
  36. - Final Fantasy X: Hopefully I have more time to do more runs this year
  37. - Final Fantasy X-2: At least sub 2:50 on PC version, then learn PS2 version
  38. - Yu-Gi-Oh Forbidden Memories: Finish a run!

  40. List of Goals/Runs are mostly finished, but ran out of time before I have to leave to go to the Airport. Overall this is the happiest I have been in a very long time and hopefully I can experience it again at RPG Limit Break and maybe SGDQ this year. I will be trying to go to AGDQ 2018 as well.
