  1. Okay so I guess I'll ramble a bit about the past like, four years or so? Since that's when I really got my start in speedrunning and whatever. Mid 2016 I complete my first few speedruns of Fable, get to be closer friends with some guys that I'm very looking forward to finally meeting on Saturday for AGDQ, and get to know more people within the speedrun community. Late 2016 was me playing a lot of THUG, getting to run it for my first ever online and also IRL marathon being Pre-NASA 2017 and GFA respectively.

  3. Early 2017, get to go to AGDQ 2017 and meet some people I'd previously only ever knew as someone behind a screen, and other people I didn't know but turned out to be some fantastic friends that I still am close to to this day and further my love for speedrunning. Also got to go to Montreal for the first of many times for NoReset, probably the best Canada based speedrun marathon. There I met GVirus, Shoku, DD and other fantastic guys who have so much passion for what they do, and I see it in the success that they have had over the past couple years with their events.

  5. Mid 2017 was a bit of a ride for me personally, got to go to SGDQ17 which was fun, and shortly afterwards I moved into my current home, and then not long after that, I went to Smash The Record 2017 which is still hands down one of the best events I've ever had the pleasure of taking part of. One week after I came back from STR, I was hit with some awful news, my grandmother had passed away and that seriously put me into a funk that took me several months to really get out of. It wasn't until like, March of next year for me to really get things back together so let's just jump to then.

  7. Spring 2018, started a new job and working on a speedrun marathon, got to meet some really interesting people having worked on that one and previous iterations of it (Voltathon) and raising money for the Trevor Project, though after the latest marathon, I'd since parted with the other organizer. Afterwards, went to NASA 2018, also had a new job for the summer and well, I pretty much had no time for speedrunning or streaming for almost the entire summer. Towards the tail end of summer I did get to be a part of NoReset at DHMTL which was a very fun time, since who can say that they've speedrun in an olympic stadium? Not too many people, I can imagine.

  9. Fall 2018 to like, now, has been really steady honestly. Been at the same job for over a year now which is the longest I've been at a single place of work which sounds kind of bad but I was really trying to make full time streaming a thing in 2017 and let me tell you, not a great idea. This past year has just been very consistent and that's something I'd been lacking for a lot of my adulthood so it's been very relieving. I've had time to work on some speedgames, get an actually good world record, and gotten to run at a GDQ event for the first time which is something I'd wanted to do ever since I'd started speedrunning. I wish I'd recorded my popoff at the news, honestly.

  11. Anyways, having been in this community now for 4-ish years I can say I'm so happy to have gotten to know some incredible people over the years and I'm eager to see what the next few years have to bring to the table.
