  1. Hi, this is either my third or my fourth ticket today, apologies if it feels Like I'm a stubborn ex who just won't get the message. anyway.

  3. I am unable to log in to the game. I phoned CS earlier today who (both times) misunderstood the problem and sent me a password change email. The issue I'm having is that aside from not being able to log in (swtor launcher saying incorrect details etc), when I try to reset pwd, either via the link from the launcher, or the email from customer support, neither works, giving me the unhelpful error:

  9. I just tried logging into the swtor site, and encountered this error:

  11. LOGIN FAILED - This account has been locked due to incorrect answers to security questions, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

I spoke to a guy called Jerry this morning and we confirmed I know what the answers to security questions are, and I'm aware of pacing, capitalisation etc. my second call earlier I askked for the acct to be unlocked, and was put on hold, only to be told the solution was to clear my browser history. This is wrong, and hugely frustrating. My account is locked, which I imagine only someone on your end can change. My browser history has nothing to do with it. Yes she said history, not cache/cookies/voodoo
