 Nighteyes is watching me.
The moon and her children the stars are my only light.
Chaotic.
Vivacious.
Maddening.


Nighteyes is watching me.
I've become a lunatic.
Like the rest of the night children.
The children of the supernatural.
That's me.

Nighteyes is watching us.
So we do what Nighteyes asks.
We murder, we steal, we commit crimes.
In the dead of night.
We play with the demons that come out.

Nighteyes is watching us.
The nocturnal animals that awaken,
the glowing fireflies,
the hooting owls,
the screeching racoons,
are all my friends.

Nighteyes is watching you,
child of man,
yet you are not watching,
as you are tucked away in slumber.
