  1. Hello Joe! Thanks for your help. I'll write here as many answers as I can to your gazillion questions and comments.

  4. First of all, I am Spanish, I have used the metric system my whole life, I'm not even sure how long a foot or an inch is, I used Imperial because I thought most people here would be from America and thus used to it. Sorry.

  6. > Unless those spiderwebs are being sown fresh every weekend or the car protects everything inside using hush hush magic science, those spiderwebs shouldn't exist. Also, where there are spiderwebs, there are spiders, and it'd be interesting to see giant spider carcasses around.
  7.
  8. The car door will be open, allowing for easy entrance to people. There will be an entire ecosystem in there, mostly worms, insects, arachnids, small rodents and a mixture of moss and fungus, but some parts of the car will have pools of water formed after years of being under stalactites and these will have small aquatic crustacean life. Nothing too supernatural here, just overall creepy.

  10. > This is when the idea gets interesting. Having the car control the world is a good catch for readers, so you should exploit it to the fullest, which I'll share some ideas on how to do later on. It'd make more sense for the accelerator to control the speed at which the earth goes around the sun and not the turning speed. It'd be interesting to put unexplained seismic events into the document and label them as being caused by the SCP foundation messing around in the car, like this for example.
  11.
  12. I agree. Honestly it makes a whole lot of sense, damn it. Also thanks for the documenting tip.
  13.
  14. > It'd make more sense for the steering wheel to control the axial tilt of the Earth, with the random position it was found in being the Earth's current axial tilt. This would have the added effect of simulating that the current status of the Earth was decided randomly by some skeleton and the wheel of its car, making us and the Earth seem relatively unimportant and not able to affect its own surroundings in a meaningful manner.
  15. Yeah this was my intention to a degree. What we believed to be something natural was in reality just pure unadulterated luck, if the Skeleton had died in a different position then Earth and life as we know it would have evolved in a radically different way. Makes us feel completely meaningless.
  16.
  17. > The orbital speed of the Earth doesn't have much to contribute to temperature or such, meaning that the earth would not be burnt or frozen overnight, but days and years getting longer would be really noticeable.
  18. Mmmh.... thanks, perhaps I had gotten way too dramatic there. You are right.
  19.
  20. > What if you leave both off or both on? What if they break?
  21. Well, having the heat and AC on will consume a lot of fuel, and what happens when the World's fuel runs out? A XK class end of the world scenario that's what.
