  1. Celestia was in the bathroom, her horn glowing the pale yellow of dawn as she turned on the tap for her sunset bath.
  2. she added in a few herbs that she gets from edith smith, also known as "granny" to the recent generation. she put a elastic into her mane to hold it back while she bathes, and gets ready to step her first hoof into the warm tub.
  3. almost the second that Celestia's hoof touches the warm liquid, her horn begins to glow a dark purple, almost the color of artifical grape.
  4. "never fails, prepare to get into the bath and another newfoal gets changed... oh well."
  5. she smiles and quickly tells her hoofmaidens to please keep the bath warm till she returns, before opening her wings and leaping out of her tower window.
  6. the warm thermals from the barely set sun are still there, allowing celestia to glide most of the way to the labyrinth in the canterlot gardens.
  7. to most this massive maze is an interesting one, with many "rooms" inside its twisting passages.
  8. but the one that stood out, was the one celestia was heading to.
  9. the room was an exact circular indent in the hedges, with a tile pattern across it in the shape that humans would call a "yin yang"
  10. celestia landed on the side that was colored a pale orange, and looked up to find luna quickly landing on the side that was dark blue
  11. "i see the call messed up thine sunset soak dear sister" luna said with a chuckle indicating the manetie celestia was still wearing
  12. "yes.. but i would not have it any other way." Celestia smiled and stepped away from the dot on her side, tiled up to look like a sun, she layed down along the curve, horn side toward the sun.
  13. luna did as well, angling towards the moon.
  14. as they closed their eyes, celestias final waking thought was how so many people have seen the "dream pagoda", as celestia calls it, in books and in real life, yet nopony knows what it truely is.

  18. Celestia opened her eyes to a familiar scene, a pony trotting towards them, the reminant of a human shadow hovering behind them, celestia scanned the shadow and gasped.
  19. The shadow had a hole, right through one of the sholderblades. celestia knew this was a life saving conversion. one that had to happen or the newfoal would die.

  21. Luna on the otherhoof, was looking at the pony, mainly the dreamsense of the pony. she searched looking through the rushing waves of thought, both concious and unconcious, untill she found it.
  22. the small island. everyone has it. some call it a "happy place" others their "center"
  23. but for luna, she called it simply "the island" a place where no waves of emotion can harm you
  24. she concentrated and the small island faded, as did the sky, the world shifted in their view and turned into....

  26. Terrince moaned, sat up and rubbed a sorespot on the forehead.
  27. the mind shifted and the eyes looked around.
  28. "Tardis?" she asked standing up "why am i in here?"
  29. "you are here, because it is your calm place. the location in your life, possibly in real life as well judging on the complexity of it." Celestia said as she stepped down some stairs.
  30. "wait... if you are here.. then that means..." terrence paused as she tried to think
  31. "OHMYSTARSANDGUARTERS" she blurted out "they found some potion in time!"
  32. "found some? dont thy place where thou art not have any?" luna asked
  33. "oh they did, but that got broken during the attack" terrence spotted a tea tray and walked over to it, thinking he may as well have a cup while chatting with the princesses
  34. "attack? is that where you got shot?" celestia asked, quickly reminding herself to prepare a guard to fly first thing when they wake up.
  35. "of corse, i dont shoot myself in the sholder for laughs" terrence poured his cup and started sipping at it."
  36. "okay.. please, tell us where the attack is happening" celestia asked
  37. "oh it is in..." a flash, and terrence vanished
  38. "Celest... The newfoal hath..."
  39. another flash and celestia woke up

  43. "ended... oh estrus!" luna swore as she snapped awake
  44. "indeed, although i would use the more modern term of "buck" little sister" Celestia said as she stitting up but staying on the tiled floor
  45. "i wish we had at least gotten a point of origin, where the attack was happening" luna said before taking off.
  46. "as do i. but nothing we can do... unless of corse the answer just falls into our lap."
  47. there is a blue flash up in the air. followed by the sound of "aaaaaaaAAAAAAAHHHH!" before a soft thud as a bipedal crashes butt first on celestias lap
  48. "ow..."
  49. "Doctor.... just a few questions... Why are you here, How are you here... and WHY ARE YOU STILL ON ME!" celestia said
  50. "in due time Princess... in due... time."

  52. Sometime later
  53. Throne room of the palace

  55. "and that is how equestria was made" The Doctor said recounting his tale of treachery, tresspassing, gunfire, crashing into the ponification plant in the southern part of canterlot, teleporting out of the TARDIS, and landing on celestia.
  56. "ahh.. well you still have not answered how.. humans have no magic, therefore you should be... experencing high doses of thamatic poisoning."
  57. The Doctor smiled "well thats just the thing. humans dont have magic. and have very little resistance to radiation of many kinds, timelords however have a greater resistance. it's only radiation. We used to play with roentgen bricks in the nursery. the only downfall is i will possibly have to get new shoes when i leave.. and i cant stay for a day or more.
  58. "okay.. back to the attack, what do you suggest Doctor?" Celestia asked
  59. "i need help, ponies who are willing to defend. willing to fight if need be."
  60. "ponies dont fight Doctor, but as the ambasadors are there, i am sure i can find somepony to help."
  61. She smiled and quickly wrote a letter, dropping it into a small vial of green fire.
  62. "five.. four... three... two... one." Celestia said as a white and blue unicorn burst through the throne room doors
  63. "Shining Armor, Captain of the guard, Reporting for Duty ma'am" shining said as he saluted
  64. "oh boy.. this is going to be fun." The doctor said noticing something about shining.

  66. (note, the "something" is how much shining looks like victorious.)

  68. Meanwhile:
  69. back at the ponification factory, the workers had finished pulling the blue police box out from the giant tank of potion. the Tardis light flickered and sparks were shooting out from the console of the Tardis.
  70. a sound like a giant blender chopping up a piano and a truck full of keys rang out, causing the workers to step away.
  71. inside, in one of the many halls, a grey blob started to melt out of the wall.
