Kakashi's one of those guys that is really easy to make IMHO and as far as Noble Phantasms go you can do a lot with him, thankfully class containers help me sorta strike down where he is at.



I was planning on posting this last night, but I guess I got lost on the path of life.

Cancel spells with a chant below three verses. Even if targeted by High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals, it is difficult for them to be affected. Commonly having to fight against those that used Ninjutsu and Genjutsu reaching to the level of the Divine in power it is a particularly fitting rank considering what Saber went through.

Most vehicles and animals can be handled with above-average skill. However, cannot ride the likes of Phantasmal Species such as Monstrous Beasts.



Personal Skills

Otherworldly Ninjutsu: A++

A different form of 'Ninjutsu' they are techniques so to speak created by the usage of Chakra, in this case, the substitute being Mana used by Shinobi in combat many of them involve the usage of the Five Basic Elements. Known as the 'Copy Ninja' Kakashi it is said he had copied over a thousand Jutsu with his Sharingan in addition in life he even went on to advance several Jutsu's and create his own such as the Chidori's an advanced and more precise version of the Rakiri and Shiden. He is also considered a master in all Five basic elements of Ninjutsu with very few in his era sharing such prestige.



Mystic Eyes: A

In possession of a very high ranking Mystic Eye known as the 'Sharingan' a powerful eye which can do many things including copying of other Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu and can cast extremely powerful Illusions upon those that fall upon its gaze, in general, his Mystic Eye could be considered a composite skill of Instinct, Expert of Many Specializations, and an Off-branch of Illusnisom known as Genjutsu, The Sharingan on their own can even see through things such as Presence Concealment at even High Ranks and can follow the flow of Chakra or in this case Magical Energy, they also possess two trump cards in the techniques 'Izanami' and 'Izanagi' however the usage of them is unwise. Saber has even awoken to the Magnekyo Sharingan with him not being of the Uchiha Clan this is considered quite the achievement, he was also stated to be more potent with the abilities of the Sharingan than 'Uchiha Sasuke'



All Kinds of Talents: A

From his stories of displaying talent in multiple fields, like martial arts, tracking, combat strategy, swordsmanship, and assassination. He can do anything he practiced when he was alive at B Rank or higher, and learns faster than normal for matters he only just got started on. A more potent tracker than Kiba of the Inuzuka Clan, a far more keen intelligence than Nara Shikamaru, more adept with the Sharingan then Uchiha Sasuke with the Sharingan and better than Rock Lee at Taijutsu, his versatility and mastery of skills all over the place was suggested to be able so potent that he could take out an entire country on his own, even without the Sharingan, Even his own foes recognize him for his deadly reputation due to his incredible talent.



The Will of Fire: B

A skill possessed only by those that are considered 'Hokage' of Konoha it is the temperament to never surrender to never back down from a fight, to protect those that you cherish, to fight for those that you love and for the sake of the village it also the symbolic hope of passing on the hopes and dreams to the next generation of the Shinobi of Konoha, it is a will that shall never burn out and each Hokage has carried a piece of it within them that burns ever strong guiding them in battle to pull them through till the end even if it is not a victory. The skill itself essentially can cause miraculous to happen, this does not guarantee victory but merely allows what is believed to be impossible to become possible if for a brief moment. It is also a form of Charisma though only at its corresponding rank in this case B.
