- 5. Turn off the phone, after phone turns off completely, press and hold Power + Volume Up + Back buttons together until you see a yellow screen saying Emergency Mode!!!
- 6. If you have Windows 8/8.1, then Right-click KDZ_FW_UPD.exe, go to Compatibility Tab, set it to Windows 7 and press OK.
- 7. Run KDZ_FW_UPD.exe as Administrator.
- 8. Set Type: 3GQCT and PhoneMode: CS_EMERGENCY
- 9. In KDZ File, locate the KDZ file you downloaded.
- 10. Click Launch Software Update button.
- 11. Wait for ===FINISHED=== to appear.
- 12. Your phone will reboot, that's it.
