I)
1) Set in game time to 21h40.
2) Start the game
3) Pick up Squirtlebottle.
(For Sudowoodo)
4) Get an Everstone (or Everstones).
5) Pick up fishing rods.
6) Pick up Heart Scales. (R109)
7) Buy Mails and pick up certain Berries.
(For Item Duplication and Berry Pouch restauration)
8) Beat either Route 103 twins or Route 104 twins.
(For Ever Grande Fly Location)
9) Get to Fortree.
10) Pick Pomeg Berries on Route 119.
11) Earn Fly Badge.
12) Pick up a Rare Candy on Route 120.
13) Get Swampert poisoned and some Pokemon killed.
14) Catch 6 Wingull on Route 104 at Lv .
(They'll be corrupted for Instant Flee Glitch Move)
15) Heal Swampert when at 1 HP.
16) Catch a Sweet Scent Pokemon on Route 117.
If a Volbeat appears, catch it.
17) Find and catch a Ralts on Route 103.
18 Fly at Rustoboro and trade Ralts for a Seedot.

II)
1) Fly at Odale.
2) Perform Pomeg Glitch and hold UP for x seconds to try to get EGFL. (1/32 chance)
Make a party with : KO Poke - KO Poke with Fly - KO Seedot - 1HP Swampert
Save.
Make a wild battle and flee.
Go into PC and deposit KO Poke in Box 1. (to sacrifice him for a Decamark)
Make another wild battle.
Open party.
Open Fly Pokemon summary and close it.
Hold B for x seconds, then push B and flee/use a Fluffy Tail.
Check the Fly map to see if Ever Grande Fly Location was unlocked.
Repeat the last battle part up to 7 times before resetting until you get EGFL. (Reset if you get Repel activated)

III)
1) Fly at Ever Grande.
2) Put the 6 Wingull in Box 2 slots 18-23.
3) Get an Invisible Bad Egg right next to the corrupted Pokemon.
(For Decaswitch)
4) Save.
5) Go into Victory Road and perform 1/2 Pomeg Glitch to corrupt the Wilgulld.
Hold Up for x seconds.
6) Get 3 Bad Eggs and make wild battles to check if one of them has an IFG.
If you get IFG, run through Victory Road.
If not, put Pooch in party instead of Fly Poke, take the Bad Eggs you haven't tested yet, and swap Invisible Bad Egg with Pooch. (Decaswitch)
If still no IFG, reset.
Put Pooch in party, make a wild battle, and Flee. (with Run Away)
Deposit Fly Poke in PC, and swap Pooch with Invisible Bad Egg. (Decaswitch)
Do 1/2 Pomeg Glitch to corrupt the Wilgulls and the following steps again until you get IFG.
7) Complete Victory Road and League.

IV)
1) Choose Latias as a roamer.
(For Watmel Berry)
2) Go at Route 123 and get Belue Berry from Berry Master's wife.
Pick up Grepa Berries in Berry Master garden.
3) Take ship Battle Frontier and clear Battle Factory.
Pick up Leftovers in the ship.
4) Go at Artisan Cave and catch a Smeargle.
If the Wingull Bad Egg knows Glitch Move 0x0437, make him Sketch a puny move and teach him Sketch back with a Heart Scale.
Give Smeargle a 2 Characters nickname. (Allows Wingull possible Glitch Moves 0x0411/0x0537/0x0437 to be sketched)
5) Fly at Ever Grande and surf to unlock Lilycove, Mossdeep, and Pacifildog.
6) Pick Up PP Up, HeartScales, Pokeblock Case, and ?? in the way.
7) At Lylicove, soft reset the Berry given by the gentleman in order to get a Lum Berry.
8) Make a party with : Bad Egg Wingull with IFG - KO Smeargle - Fly Poke
9) Fly at Fallarbor.
10) Trade Fly Pokemon with Invisible Bad Egg. (Decaswitch)
11) Go into Desert Underpass and save.
12) Find a wild Ditto and send Bad Egg in battle.
13) Use a Revive on Smeargle and let Ditto Transform into Bad Egg.
14) Switch into Smeargle.
15) Try to Sketch the IFG glitch move.
If it fails at one point, reset and try again.
16) Flee.
17) Get Fly Poke back and Swampert and fly towards Mauville.
18) Fly at Mauville and beat the battling family to get Macho Brace.
19) Fly at Mosseep.
20) Take care of Gym and Magma team with IFG.
Get Sunstone at Spatial Center.
21) Get Dive.

V)
- Teach Dive to Swampert, and go at Sootopolis.
- Make a team with : KO Sweet Scent Poke - KO Smeargle - KO Surf Poke - KO Fly Poke - KO Poke - Alive Poochyena.
- Set up PC for Rare Candy duplication.
Requires 2 Rare Candies and other items to fill up PC a bit, as well as Berries for Berry pouch restauration.
- Use Surf and save.
- Perform Pomeg Glitch and try to corrupt Sootopolis Gym Door. (1/32 chance)
Get back to PC and deposit KO Poke (in box 14/3).
Use Surf then Sweet Scent to make a battle.
Open party, open Sweet Scent Poke summary and close it.
Hold up for x seconds. (A longer time the first try of each reset in order to corrupt some Bag Item quantities as well)
Hit B then use a Fluffy Tail to flee.
Get in and out of Pokemon center.
Go check if the Gym Doors opened.
If not, use Sweet Scent on the way back to make a battle.
Open party, open Sweet Scent Poke summary and close it.
Hold up for y seconds.
Hit B then use a Fluffy Tail to flee.
Get in and out of Pokemon center.

Make 6 to 7 corruptions before resetting.
Once you get Sootopolis Gym Doors, check if Repel steps weren't corrupted.

- Use a Revive on Smeargle and beat the gym.
- Fly towards Lilycove.
- Open PC and check if Rare Candy was duplicated.
Withdraw duplicated items, as well as Berries to restaure Berry Pouch.
- Go at Pokemart, make money, buy a whole list of items.
This includes EV-increasing items, Balls, healing items, Escape Rope, Fluffy Tails, Repel and Tms.

VI)
- Go at Safari Zone.
- Fish and catch a Goldeen / Seaking.
- Give him enough Rare Candies to make it learn Waterfall.
If Rare Candies weren't duplicated, fly at Battle Frontier and clone them until you have enough clones to get the Lv for Waterfall and 1/2 remaining Rare Candies.
Give an Everstone to Goldeen to prevent it from evolving.
- Fly at Rustoboro.
- Get Exp Share at Devon, then head for Meteor Falls.
- Use Waterfall and catch a Bagon.
- Fly at Battle Frontier and clone Bagon.
Put one Bagon in Box 13.
- Fly at Pacifildog and trade Bagon for Horsea.
- Fly at Battle Frontier. Clone Horsea and Seedot, then Horsea and Horsea.
(that's 4 horsea and 2 Seedots)
Put one Horsea in Box 13 and one Seedot in Box 14.
If you had already caught Volbeat, Horsea 3 isn't needed.
Mark the 3 Horseas to distinguish them. (No mark, Heart, Triangle)
Give 1 Carbon and 3 Calcium to the other Seedot.
Give 4 HP Up, 4 Protein, 10 Iron, and 10 Carbos to first Horsea.
Give 10 HP Up and 4 Protein to second Horsea.
Give 10 HP Up to third Horsea.
Fight 1 Poochyena on Route 103 with both Horseas. (send them both in battle)
Give Exp.Share to Horsea 3, Macho Brace to Horsea 2, and place Horsea 2 in first slot.
Fight 15 Marills on Route 102.
Take back Exp Share from Horsea 3.
Fight 7 Marill on Route 102.
Fly at Sootopolis and fight 1 Clamperl with Horsea 2.
Thus, we have :
Seedot (10 Speed, 30 SpAtk), Horsea 1 (40 Hp, 40 Atk), Horsea 2 (188 HP, 41 Atk, 1 Def), Horsea 3 (130 HP, 1 Atk).

- Keep the EV'd Seedot in Box 14.
- Put Water Gun in 4th Slot on Horsea 1 and 2.
- Clone Seedot, Horsea 1, Horsea 2 and Horsea 3 four times.
(You'll have 5 copies of each of them)
Clone Horsea 2 one more time. Place that additional clone in Box 14.

- Place Horsea 1,2 in Box 1 in order to corrupt them using Seedot as an initiator.
Place Seedot in Box 1 Slot 1, then Horsea 1 in Box 1 Slot 2, then Seedot, then Horsea 1, then Seedot,... until you've ran out of Horsea 1. Do the same with Horsea 2.
Box 1 will contain 20 Pokes, with 3 rows of Seedots and 3 rows containing Horseas (starting with Horsea 1, then Horsea 2).
Place the 5 other Seedot and Horsea 3 clones in Box 2.

- Perform a Pomeg Glitch to corrupt Horsea 1,2. (6-7/32 chance)
Fly at Odale.
Make a team with : KO Poke, KO Fly Poke, Alive Poke.
Save.
Make a wild battle and flee.
Deposit KO Poke in Box 14/3.
Swap Alive Poke with Invisible Bad Egg. (Decaswitch)
Make another wild battle.
Open party, open summary of KO Poke then close it.
Hold Up for x seconds. (To corrupt Box 1 Pokes)
Hit B and use Fluffy Tail.
Open PC and check if one Horsea became an Egg.
Reset until you get an Egg from Horseas that will take a long time to hatch. (not the fast to hatch Eggs)

- Move the three Eggs in Box 14.
- Move all the remaining trash in Box 2.
- Fly at Battle Frontier, and clone Seedot, Egg Horsea 1, Egg Horsea 2 four times.
You'll have again 5 exemplaries of them.

- Place the Seedot, Egg Horsea 1, Egg Horsea 2, and Horsea 3 the same way as previously. (6-7/32 chance)
Egg Horsea 1, Egg Horsea 2, and Horsea 3 will be corrupted using Seedot as an initiator.
- Perform a second Pomeg Glitch to currupt Egg Horsea 1, Egg Horsea 2 and Horsea 3.
Switch Invisible Bad Egg with an Alive Pokemon.
Save.
Make a wild battle and flee.
Deposit KO Poke in Box 14/3.
Swap Alive Poke with Invisible Bad Egg. (Decaswitch)
Make another wild battle.
Open party, open summary of KO Poke then close it.
Hold Up for x seconds. (To corrupt Box 1 Pokes)
Hit B and use Fluffy Tail.
Open PC and check if one Egg became a Glitch Pokemon.
Reset until you get a Glitch Pokemon from the Eggs.


VII)
- Withdraw the Glitch Pokemon from Horsea 2 (0x29BC) as well as Egg Horsea 3.
Don't go over Glitch Pokemon from Horsea 1. (0x2828)
- Open PC back, move 0x2828 in Box 3 upper right corner using the Yellow hand.
- Select 6 Bad Eggs/Seedot and put them in Box 14.
- Use Anti-Cloning with 0x2828 to clean all the remaining trash from Box 1.
0x2828 is a pretty good cloning Pokemon. The Bad Eggs he produces are removable by multi-selecting them (selecting more than one slot), taking them, and putting them down.
- Withdraw 0x2828 using Withdrawal mode and the Yellow hand.
- Open party and withdraw Master Ball from Glitch Pokemon 0x29BC.
- Take Item 0x6464 from Glitch Pokemon 0x2828.
- Deposit 0x2828 back into Box 3 Slot 6.
Use Yellow hand to manipulate him.
- Hatch the Egg.
Horsea's 3 Egg contains a Volbeat.
- Fly at Fortree.
- Clone Volbeat.
Leave a clone in Box 14.
- Trade Volbeat for a Plusle at Fortree.
Plusle must be at Lv 5 in order to gain EVs from battles. (He couldn't if he was at Lv 100)
- Fly at Lilycove and make Plusle 1 forget every move except Growl.
- Give Plusle Exp Share, then clone it 2 times. Mark the clones.
No mark, Heart, Square.
Put them in Box 14.


VIII)
- Set up PC Items for Master Ball and Rare Candy duplication.
If Rare Candy was already duplicated, it's just for Master Ball.
The previous setup for Rare Candy is already in place, and only slight changes need to be applied for a 2-item duplication.
Also store back some Berries and Tms to restaure Tms and Berry pouches. (Could maybe be skipped but I leave it for clean procedures.)

- Fly at Slateport.
- Make a team with : Bad Egg - Bad Egg - Instant Pomeg Pokemon 0x29BC.
- Go into the Pokemon Fan Club and speak to the journalist.
(Instant Pomeg Glitch)
- Go back to Pokemon center, and save right in front of PC.
Save.
- Perform an Instant Pomeg Glitch to duplicate a PC Item. (8-10/32 chance)
Open Party.
Hold Up for x seconds.
Hit B.
Open Bag to see if Master Ball/ Rare Candy was duplicated.
Open PC to see if Master Ball/ Rare Candy was duplicated.
If not, reset.

- Once one of those items is duplicated, set up PC again.
Toss some quantities of items from PC Slots 1-12 that were duplicated in order to get back to a specific value / a value lower than 0x4000.

- Perform another Instant Pomeg Glitch to duplicate the remaining PC Item. (5/32 chance)
Save.
Hold Up for x seconds.
Hit B.
Open Bag to see if remaining Item was duplicated.
Open PC to see if remaining Item was duplicated.
If not, reset.


IX)
-Take back Plusle 1 and 2 and EV-train them.
Give 10 HP Up, 6 Protein, 5 Iron, 5 Calcium to Plusle 1.
Give 5 HP Up, 10 Iron, 4 Calcium to Plusle 2.
Fight 2 Mightyena or 1 Mightyena and 1 Poochyena on Route 121.
 If you've killed 1 Mightyhena and 1 Poochyena first,  kill 1 Poochyena on Route 103. (+4 Atk)
Fight 1 Marill at Route 102. (+2 HP)
Give Macho Brace to Plusle 1.
Fight 1 Lombre and 1 Swablu/Lotad at Route 114 for Plusle 1 and 2.
Take back Macho.Brace from Plusle 1 and fight 1 Swablu/Lotad on R114. (+7/4 SpDef)
Take back Exp.Share from Plusle 2 and give Macho Brace to Plusle 1.
Fight 1 Linoone and 1 Zigzagoon at Route 119 for Plusle 1.
Take back Macho.Brace from Plusle 1 and fight 1 Magikarp with Old Rod for Plusle 1. (+7 Speed)
Give Macho.Brace to Plusle 2 and fight 1 Clamperl Underwater for Plusle 2. (+2 Def)

If you see any other Pokemon, Master Ball it for Pokedex.

Now, the EV spreads are : Plusle 1 (102 HP, 64 Atk, 50 Def, 7 Speed, 50 SpAtk, 7 SpDef), Plusle 2 (52 HP, 4 Atk, 102 Def, 42 SpAtk, 4 SpDef)

- Teach Light Screen to Plusle 1 and Flash to Plusle 1 and 2.
Don't override Helping Hand for Plusle 1 !
Put Helping Hand in 1st Slot for Plusle 1.
Put Flash in 4th Slot for Plusle 1
Put Flash in 1st Slot for Plusle 2.
- Give Item 0x6464 to Plusle 1, and clone him 2 times. Mark the 2 new clones.
Heart, Heart+Square, Heart+Triangle.
- Put Light Screen in 1st Slot for Plusle Heart+Square.
- Take the Plusle Heart+Triangle in party.
- Fly at Battle Frontier and teach Thunderpunch to Plusle Heart+Triangle.
Put Thunderpunch in 1st Slot.
- Take the Box 14 Seedot in party.
(The one that was never trained)
- Give PP Ups to Plusle Square, and clone it 5 times.
Put all these clones in Box 14, and take back the 6 PP Ups.
- Fly at Slateport and buy 7-10 Revival Herbs, 1 Energy Powder.
- Fly at Pacifildog and teach Explosion to Seedot.
- Give 1 HP Up to Seedot, and fight 1 Marill at Route 102. (+12 HP)
- Teach Flash on Seedot as 4th Move.
- Give 6 PP Ups to Seedot.
1 for Move 2, 2 for Move 3, 3 for Move 4.
- Make a fight against an X on ..
- Decrease Seedot's friendship to 0.
Send Seedot to the fight, use XSpecial/Accuracy until it's killed.
Use a Revival Herb.
Send Seedot again.
Repeat until x Revival Herbs have been used.
Kill Seedot one more time. (0 Friendship)
- Fly at Slateport.
- Enter Pokemon center and open Bag right next to the PC.
(0/1 Friendship depending on step cycles)
- Give 1 Revive to Seedot, 1 Energy Powder, then 5 HP Up. (+50 HP)
(25 Friendship)
- Give Seedot 3 Grepa Berries.
(55 Friendship)
- Clone Plusle 0 26 times, Seedot 5 times,  Plusle Heart, Heart+Triangle, Heart+Square,  4 times.
Put one clone of Plusle 0 in Box 14, near a Plusle Square clone.
Put one Seedot clone in Box 13.


X)
- Place the Plusle Square, Heart, Heart+Triangle, Heart+Square and Seedot in Box 1 and 2 to double corrupt them using Plusle 0 as an initiator.
Take 5 Plusle 0 and 5 Plusle Heart.
Place them in Box 1 as indicated before.
Do the same thing with 5 Plusle0 and 5 Plusle Heart+Triangle.
Do the same thing with 5 Plusle0 and 5 Plusle Heart+Square.
Do the same thing in Box 2 with 5 Plusle0 and 5 Seedots.
Do the same thing in Box 2 with 5 Plusle0 and 5 Plusle Square.
(Having Plusle Square last will be useful later on.)
(There's still one Plusle Square and one Plusle0 in Box 14)
- Make a party with : Bad Egg, Bad Egg, Glitch Poke 0x29BC.
- Go into Slateport Pokemon Fan Club.
- Speak to the journalist.
He'll read 0x29BC species name, which will overwrite a part of the party values.
This sets up an Instant Pomeg Glitch.
- Get back to Pokemon Center and save in front of the PC.
- Perform an Instant Pomeg Glitch to corrupt Pokemon in Boxes 1 and 2. (6-7/32 chance)
Open party, then hold up for x seconds.
Hit B, then open PC.
Check if a Plusle in Box 1 Column 2 became an Egg.
If not, reset and redo.

- When you have Eggs, check Egg Seedot summary.
If the Egg Seedot is about to hatch, put all 5 Eggs into Box 14.
 Anti-Clone the remaining trash in Boxes 1 and 2, and make 20 Plusle0, 5  Egg Plusle Heart, Heart+Triangle, Heart+Square and 5 Seedot.
(Leave Egg Plusle Square alone, he won't be double corrupted)
(Use the Plusle0 clone that was left in Box14, or some Plusle0 that wasn't corrupted.)

If the Egg Seedot will take a long time to hatch, put all Eggs except Egg Plusle Square into Box 14.
 Anti-Clone the remaining trash in Boxes 1 and 2, and make 25 Plusle0, 5 Plusle Square, 5 Egg Plusle Heart, Heart+Triangle, Heart+Square and 5 Seedot.
 (Use the Plusle Square clone that was in Box 14, and the Plusle0 clone that was in Box 14.)

When you open and close PC to clone, don't look at your party !
This would break the Instant cloning.
(If this breaks, you can redo it easily.)

- Close PC, and save.
- Make another Instant Pomeg Glitch to corrupt Pokemon in Boxes 1 and 2. (6-7/32 chance)
Open party, then hold up for x seconds.
Hit B, then open PC.
Check if an Egg Plusle in Box 1 Column 2 became a Pokemon.
If not, reset and redo.


XI)
- Once the Double Corruption suceeds, move the 4 Pokemon (and the Egg) in Box 14, and Anti-clone to clean the trash in Boxes 1 and 2.
You have Glitch Pokemon 0x010E, Blastoise, Chansey, Poliwrath, and Dragonair Egg.
- Take the Plusle Square Egg and hatch it.
A Dragonair comes out of it.
- Open PC and clone that Dragonair.
- Make a party with : Fly Poke, both Dragonair, Blastoise, Chansey and 0x010E.
- Teach Surf to Blastoise and Protect to Blastoise, and Protect and Toxic to Chansey.
- Open PC again and clone Blastoise.
Unmark the cloned Blastoise and leave it in Box 14.
Leave one Sketch Glitch Move 0x0732 to Blastoise.
- Put a Dragonair in Day Care and walk for x Super Repels to make it forget 0x434.
(He needs to learn Thunder Wave at Lv 8.)
- Fly at Lilycove and make Blastoise forget OHKO Glitch Move 0x4066. Make 0x010E forget Glitch Move 0x0505.
- Fly at Rustoboro. Enter Desert Underpass and save.
- Walk until you encounter a Ditto.
Switch to Blastoise to make Ditto transform into Dragonair.
Switch to 0x010E, and use X Special/Accuracy until he uses Protect. (He can use Surf and probably OHKO you).
Use a Sketch Glitch Move to sketch Protect.
Use a Fluffy Tail to flee.
Save.

Now, do the same thing by sending Dragonair in order to get Glitch Move 0x0434 on Blastoise.
Ditto will also have OHKO Glitch Move 0x4066, so use Revives in order to keep Blastoise alive and try to Sketch 0x0434.
When Blastoise dies, send 0x010E first. If Ditto uses 0x0434 during the Revive turn, use Sketch Glitch move with 0x010E to try to get 0x0434.
Save.

If Blastoise/0x010E learn 0x0434 , do the same thing by sending Blastoise/0x010E in order to get Glitch Move 0x0434 on 0x010E/Blastoise. (The have 3 moves when Dragonair has 4, so higher success chance)
If you run out of Revives or if things turn bad, reset.

- Get back to PC. Release the Dragonair that didn't go to Day Care.
- Take Poliwrath and make it learn Mind Reader and Submission with Heart Scales.
- Make Chansey learn Spore/Counter/Mirror Coat.

XII)
- Take Volbeat in your party.
- Fly at Slateport, and hunt for Latias.
Put Volbeat in lead, then kill it.
Use Super Repel, run into the grass, then go in and out the Cycling Road house.
Repeat until you get a Latias encounter. (1/20 chance to get Latias on Route 110)
Throw a Master Ball to catch it.
- Fly at Mauville and go to Route 123 to get Watmel Berry from BerryMaster Wife.
- Fly at Battle Frontier, enter Battle Palace and beat it.
Use 0x010E, Blastoise, and Chansey for that. (Blastoise with 0x0434)
Give Lum Berry to 0x010E and Leftovers to Blastoise.
Send Blastoise against Sturdy, and Chansey against Shedinja or if 0x010E dies.
- Go up, enter Battle Arena, and beat it.
Use Unmarked Blastoise and Chansey and Dragonair for that.
Kill with Blastoise. Use Chansey for Shedinja, and Dragonair to use Revives if Blastoise dies on Forretress/Skarmory.
- Enter Battle Pyramid and beat it.
Use IFG Smeargle and Unmarked Blastoise for that.
Use IFG for every fight except Leader.
- Enter Battle Tower and beat it.
Use Unmarked Blastoise and Chansey and Dragonair for that.
Kill with Blastoise. Use Chansey for Shedinja, and Dragonair to use Revives if Blastoise dies on Forretress/Skarmory.
- Enter Battle Dome and beat it.
Use IFG Smeargle and Chansey for that.
Use IFG for every fight except Leader.
- Enter Battle Pike and beat it.
Use Blastoise and Chansey and Dragonair for that.
Kill with Blastoise. Use Chansey for Shedinja, and Dragonair to use Revives if Blastoise dies on Forretress/Skarmory.
Use Dragonair on wild Pokemon areas and use Fluffy Tails to flee. (Check Moves then open Bag.)

XIII)
- Fly at Lilycove.
- Go to the museum and speak to the manager.
- Make 1/2/3/4 Watmel and Belue Pokeblocks.
Clone these Berries 0/1/2/3 times.
Make Pokeblocks with 3 NPCs. (with good RPM)
Feed Poliwrath with them.
- Beat Master Contests in every category and get the paintings.
Save.
Enter the contest in Master category.
Check if there isn't too many troube/nervousness Pokemon. Else, reset.
Use Mind Reader (3) - Submission (6*2) - Mind Reader (3) - Submission (6*2) - Explosion (8).










Check for Speed EVs for Horsea 1. - 100 Speed EVs is enough, as it gives 0x010E 367/368 Speed. (I thought he had 367 with 128 EVs, but I think I didn't take the right glitch item)
Check for 0x2828 withdrawal. - Withdrawing it with the Yellow hand causes no issue. It can be deposited with White hand (but needs to be moved with the yellow one)
Check position of 0x0434 for Dragonair to forget it. - Moves goes Up when larend at Day Care, so only one is required. (Changed Vileplume for Dragonair for shorter cry and Day Care Moves that can be learnt)
