Rest at UP bonfire, +5 Axe, perform SGS

SEN'S TO O&S
Setup RTSR with arrow trap, 8K soul, pop at merchant, 3 bombs and max blossoms with remaining souls
Kill Golem, proceed through AL and rest at cathedral bonfire
Giant Blacksmith, use falls to setup RTSR
QS twinkling using 90 titanite shards, kill Giant for BGH and darksign
Pop Golem's Soul, BGH+5, setup RTSR with Silver Knight and kill O&S
Shoot Gwynevere, death warp out to get the AL bonfire

IZALITH
Warp to Firelink and rest, take elevator and leave it down, firebomb blowdart sniper, then plunge down to the swamp
Cure poison with moss at low HP RTSR setup
Kill Quelaag, heal once and drop to perform FEC and setup RTSR
Equip pyro armor, kill Firesage and unequip BGH, centipede plunge
Heal to full, enter Centipede arena and setup RTSR (roll over first bit of lava, two ticks on second bit and roll)
Equip BGH and kill Centipede, pop twin humanity and equip Orange Charred Ring, kill bed of chaos and bone out

SIF
Warp to UP, Crest/Bastard Sword, setup RTSR on Titanite Demon (block 1 lightning with BGH, take 1 normally)
Open forest door, stone armor, kill Sif and darksign

FOUR KINGS
Setup RTSR with fall damage onto elevator, equip CoA, seal skip
Eat a blossom and kill Four Kings (2 Kings setup -> 4x roll attacks, moveswapx2 on first King. 1xR2, 3xmoveswap on second King.)
Warp to Firelink Altar with Kaathe, place LV and warp to AL

SEATH
Duke Skip, setup RTSR with falls, equip bow
Shoot Seath's Crystal, moveswap and kill Seath, warp out

NITO
Warp to Firelink and equip bastard sword, pull Catacombs lever and quit out, Catacombs plunge
Kill Pinwheel and heal
Plunge into Nito fight, equip stone head/chest/gloves, heal and eat blossom, kill Nito and warp out

GWYN
Offer souls to LV, equip stone head/chest/gloves for RTSR setup from Black Knight (non counter)
Kill Gwyn with moveswap and finish with a riposte. (Can block 1 fast attack with GCS)
