- Anyone heard from ValueVPS recently?
- I wonder if anyone has heard anything about ValueVPS recently? I'm a customer and have issues. They're not responding to phone calls, emails or support tickets. Their last messages on social media, and here, were back at the start of the year. I guess the company is run by one person, and hopefully he's ok - but I need to decide whether I should cut my losses and move supplier.

- How long has it been since they've not replied? Is the VPS down?
- If it is taken more than 2 days to response, I would be worry and should move asap.
- I hope you have your own backup.

- Best to make sure your backup is complete/valid now while the VPS is up -- just in case.

- Did they mention any reason for which the VPS had been down?
- If you haven't received any update or an explanation for the server down within 48 hours, change the vendor ASAP. Before moving make sure to take the backup of your server.
- I'm not sure if that is their's page: facebook .com / ValueVPS / (remove dashes). But you can try to contact them from there also.
- I think that changing the vendor is not an issue. They issue might be backup which you might not have up-to-date. Hope that will help you to restore your recent backup at least.
