Here, I'm going to give you the most blessed skill plan that will allow you to fly the Rorqual.

You'll want to get +4 implants for both skill plans, and do 2 different remaps. You'll want to remap once at the very beginning for +10 Intelligence and +4 Memory. Once you finish training for Weapon Upgrades 4, you'll want to remap to +8 Perception and +6 Memory.

This skill plan, after both remaps and the +4 implants will take you 190 days, 1 hour to finish or 25 Large skill Injectors & 2 Small Skill Injectors.
