  17. my ip is still listed at sorbs . net
  18. Sorbs doesn't normally reject your request unless there is still spam coming from the IP or it has a very bad rep. What was their reason for rejecting your request?
  19.
  20. they say action needed on your side.
  21. and no spam form last 15 days
  22. There you go. The RBL lists kind of have people over a barrel, some request money, others request you wait with no further incidents. Some are fair some are straight up thieves, thankfully the latter don't usually get that widely adopted.
  23.
  24. This is the information i get
  25. An Error Occurred Processing Your Request
  26. Sorry we have been unable to delist your address.

  35.
  36. You need to contact your hosting provider or ip provider. Normally they dont allow customers to delist the ip. Only ISP or hosting provider can help you now.
  37.
  38. Once you are blacklisted, it generally takes time (weeks) to fix your IP's "reputation" and there's not much you can do to speed this up, although some blacklists do accept delisting requests. The good news is, the delisting is pretty much automatic - blacklisting has to be time-limited in some way to allow for changes of ownership of IP addresses.
  39.
  40. The bad news is, your IP address is pretty useless in the meantime, so you have to find some way of using a different address with a good reputation in the short term. That's why "relay" services like www.mailgun.com exist. Another option is to simply move your sites to a new server (a good opportunity to test your backup restoral process!), but the problem is a new server is unlikely to have an IP address with an established reputation, so you may still have to use a relay server for a while, or at least ramp up the outgoing message rate slowly.

  42. Another suggestion: Sign up for "feedback loops" at the big mail providers, for example https://sendersupport.olc.protection...snds/JMRP.aspx
