Description: The viability of the Z move users are based on how centralizing the Z move set is towards the meta, as well as the opportunity cost of not running other Z move users or items for similar sets.

S Tier: Reserved for Z move users that are so undeniably worth the item that a team would be at a distinct disadvantage for having any other Z move user in its place, and only niche competition exists for other Z move users.

A Tier: Reserved for Z move users that succeed in justifying the item, as well as being versatile or centralizing in comparison to other users, as well as the meta as a whole. Other users still compete with these mons in similar or niche roles.

B Tier: Reserved for Z move users that have situational use and viability, and either have unique opportunities with the Z move, or the Z move exists to compliment the set but is not necessarily needed.

C Tier: Reserved for Z move users that either have an exceedingly niche role that severely competes with other Z move users, or at the very least competes with other items for similar sets for that user.
