stabby's launch option stuff

-Open launch options [Steam Library > right click TF2 > General (first tab) > Set Launch Options... button]

Add:
-novid  -toconsole +mat_forcehardwaresync 0 -nocdaudio -noipx -nojoy

These require you to tweak them to the proper values for your setup:

For sound output:
+snd_surround_speakers ["7" for Razer Headphone Virtual Surround or 7.1 surround sound speaker setups, "5" for 5.1 speaker setups, "4" for for quad speakers, "2" for stereo speakers, 0 for normal Valve headphone surround (no Razer Surround)

For Windowed mode (faster alt+tabbing, doesn't freeze screen when streaming, compatibility, better frames on certain setups):
-window -no border

For Fullscreen mode (better FPS for some setups, downsides above)
-fullscreen

For monitor specs:
-w [monitor's horizontal resolution] -h [monitors vertical resolution] -freq [monitor's refresh rate]
