The route is manly changed because of new rules. Other optimizations were found along the way.

-Complete cycle 1, 2, and 3 re-routes
-Cycle 1: Moon Tear Skip is now allowed
-Cycle 2: Do not complete woodfall or get fairies. Get bow, compass, and leave
-Cycle 3: Switched around things after Snowhead Temple. Stalagmite Jump in Graveyard moves Grave HP to cycle 3. Complete Woodfall + Fairies in Cycle 3

    Resetting the game is banned (Single segment, No S+Q)
    Time ends as soon as Majora's Wrath is damaged for the final time, starting the ending cutscene

    Jumping to the from the lily pad to the log near the Song of Soaring
    Avoiding Pirate fights
    Skipping the Gekko fight in Great Bay Temple
    Throwing a Powder Keg over the fence in Ikana Castle

    Use of a save file for bomber code/ocean spider house
    Spamming Sword in torch mini game
    Make the rupees fall in deku playground by switching masks repeatedly
    Talk to kafei through the Wall
    Stalagmite Jump in Graveyard to get HP Early

    Goron pounding onto the roof in the swamp for the heart piece

-Twinmold Dungeon: play Song of Storms for the 2nd gossip stone, and the gossip stone on the left after fighting Iron Knuckle
-Make your power go out as soon as you split for majora
