Lua Mode TODO and issues and shit.

TODO:
 Issues:
Fix so poison effects also pause during the pause screen
Fix Yoshi moving during pause screen when you have fast mode enabled (keep it as a teleportation option!)
Fix pack-mule and coin/star fuel modes. In general just fix speedmode so it's more flexible.

 New Modes to add:
More poison stuff (like 1-ups and such?)
God Mode (Kill enemies by walking into them - Flashy colors as well)
Add fire/ice melon to filled mouth mode.
Add shortcut buttons so you can alternate between filled mouth (and disable to use tongue?)
Add a persistent level message to Custom Race mode.
Add button always held mode.
Add so both disable and always held button can have several instances.
