- [Nurseries]
- While CityArks were made to rescue as many of Earth’s Citizens as physically possible, they served a greater purpose: Carrying the Next Generations of Human Beings and Animal Species to future Colonies to re-establish the Human Race Via Seeds and Nurseries.
- Nurseries are Mysterious Facility Chambers stored on every CityArk that are fully autonomous and thoroughly impenetrable. The blueprints of the Structure, how they Function, and how to do Maintenance and Upkeep have long since been lost to the sands of time, but as long as a CityArk is docked to a planet and as little as 40% Operational, a Nursery will continue to function indefinitely.
- In order for a Seeded Entity to grow, they must be Incubated by the Nursery. A display message will alert the CityArk Captain, the Nursing Station, and any Human who may be in the Area when a Seeded Entity, or Seeded Entities, are being produced. While there have been successes in manipulating the algorithm to produce Seeded Entities on a more comprehensible Schedule, it seems to largely function at Random.
- A Nursery Delivery may have between 1-40 Humans, 20-60 Animals, and 100-200 Plants at any One Time that are produced in a large and sterile Delivery Room at the far end of the Nursery. These Humans, Animals, and Plants will all be in their Infantile Stages and must be cared for and nurtured in order to survive.
- [Seeds]
- Seeds store enough Genetic Materials and Sequencing Fragments to produce up to 23 Billion different Individual Humans who shared no common Ancestor or Genetic Code, as well as over 12 Trillion different kinds of Unique Plants and Animals for Repopulation.
- To ensure Genetic Diversity, every Seed (One per CityArk) was composed of specifically-coded differences in Content, and should Humankind manage to settle multiple Planets and Systems with their CityArks, each Seed was Unique to one another as Well. It achieved this through ‘Ectobiology’, which had been the foundation for what would later become Pseudopsionics in already living persons.
- This Ectobiological Sequencing ensured that no Two Entities in the Seed were Genetically Similar, so that any Genetic Offspring produced from Seeded Flora and Fauna would be able to perpetuate their respective Species without inbreeding.
- [Seeded Humans]
- While virtually indistinguishable from a Normal Human, Seeded Humans have a higher rate of Specific Genetic Mutations. Things such as White or Grey hair in newborns, abnormal eye colors (Orange, Red, Pink, Violet), and likewise vibrantly colored (Emerald, Sky Blue, Yellowbrown) eyes seem to happen at High Frequencies, especially within Delivery Groups.
- Seeded Humans are often put into either Governmental Care, or adopted out to Humans who have a steady Home and Income. During their Development, they will be ‘Instructed’ via Virtual Reality on the Human History Archives stored within the CityArk, as well as traditional Schooling.
