Though ultimately abandoned, the top secret space satellite Project Rabbit was planned to be the strongest satellite in Earth's orbit, with the goal to have it be powerful enough that it would be the only satellite needed. The project was lead by a passionate scientist, but budgetary reasons prevented it from becoming a reality. Though Project Rabbit never came to be in the real world, the ideas of the team coalesced in the Mental Plane and became Rayda. A vaguely rabbit-like creature with most of his body separated into floating pieces. He has excellent hearing, can run at great speeds, and can use his detached limbs to fight foes from a distance. He can even shift his body into different forms by rearranging them, which even includes the shape of the original Project Rabbit!
