  1. (16:31:31) Caesius hadn't forgot about the hybrid...though until now no summons had come. Was Marc so ashamed that he'd rather not even show his face to him? The guards lead him to the rooms and for a long moment he stood like a ominous shadow under the doorframe. The escort closing it behind him on the way out. An unpleasant flat expression greeted the man where ever he happened to be in the room. Teeth gritted as just seeing him was building up the rage in him. "That man said he took you too his bed...you allowed that to happen!?" Wings holding such tension they seemed stuck in an outward thrust position. Stiffly jutted as his tail danced aggressively behind him. "You betrayed me. I hate you..."

  4. (16:38:29) Altruism had burnt with shame and guilt for his transgressions. He had spent several sleepless nights attempting to formulate what he was going to say to the beserker, but deep in his heart, he knew it was in vain. Thrummings of fear stirred there that he tried to snuff out before they could engulf him and drive him mad. He knew Caesius' wrath would be great. Perhaps greater than when he permanently disfigured him. Finally, the summon came. The hybrid would be found curled along a chair in the corner of his room, looking spectral. Thin, weak, limp. Like he would crumble to dust if touched. He didn't turn his gaze upon Caesius as those harsh words stung him, his ears swooping back against curls that had fallen from their braid. He hadn't the effort in him to try and tame them again. "No...I mean, yes, but...it isn't what you think..." He felt his face grow hot, shifting his lank frame. "Nothing happened." >>
  5. (16:40:40) Altruism could feel the anger, the hate, pouring out of the beserker and drowning him. He was already struggling to breathe. "Caesius...I'm...I'm sorry. Please..."
  6.
  7. (16:49:39) Caesius narrowed his fiery gaze upon the frail crumbling countenance of the smaller man. The harsh contours of his face chiseled within his features as if set in stone. His grey hide like set metal, etches of furious lines in his forehead and along the bridge of his nose, crinkling at the edges of his lips as his gum peeked at one side, revealing the gleam of a fang. Battish ears pinned back. "And I am to believe you after you had already lied to me once....and now have gotten me locked up. On top of that all someone thinks me a joke and forced me to wear a dress. In the middle of my debut fight that man spilled such horrible information to me." His fist clenched as he walked steady with heavy powerful steps towards him. "Such things like he cut you and took you to bed. Why should I ever believe you." A flick of his tail as he went to grab the man from his shriveled posture in the chair and with a twist of his waist and snap of his arm to the side would attempt to throw him clear -c-
  8. (16:49:56) Caesius across the room. "I was going to make you mine..." A scoff. "I see now I was simply foolish....foolish to think you could care for me...A monster right...say it...." He smiled crazily. His eyes bulging. "Say I'm just a monster!" -e-

  10. (18:06:00) Altruism shrank lower upon himself the closer Caesius came. As though the weight of his very presence in the room was too much for those thin shoulders to bear. His brows pinched over dark, sunken eyes that finally shifted to look up at the other man pleadingly. "No...you don't understand..." He tried desperately to explain, even as he flinched and was scooped out of his seat. The first time had been an accident; a mistake of poor judgement and his trained nature. The second time? Well, that might not have been an accident... But it had been out of desperation; a mixture of anger and guilt that prevented him from eating or sleeping. He had only gone with the hunter because of the promise of sleep. When he was tossed across the room, he flew like a ragdoll, colliding into the bookcase with a yelp and a thumping tumbling of books to the ground. He braced himself against it, tears already welling in his eyes. When Caesius stated that he had planned to make the hybrid his? Well, >>
  11. (18:07:48) Altruism's chest began to hitch with choked back sobs. Had he ruined everything with his own selfishness? Demanded to call the beserker a monster, he flinched back and his lips curled in disgust at the word. He shook his head vehemently, shrinking towards the floor at the base of the shelves. "N-no...you're not." His tone hushed and reverent. He would never call Caesius a monster. Never.
  12.
  13. (18:25:41) Caesius felt his adrenaline pumping through his veins as he tossed the man clear across the room and the hybrid crashed into a bookcase. A maddening wild look engulfed his eyes in the swirling inferno. Bending down to pick him up by the crumple of his shirt collar just under his chin. Perhaps he wished for him to say it so that he'd have more reason to keep hating him. There was brief hesitation that flickered in his eyes when Marc refused. Though just seconds later it seemed to only make him more angry that his demands had not been met. Completely a lose lose situation. He reeled his fist back and punched him in the face. Bellowing. "Say it!! You know the truth!" Shaking him and then reeling his fist back to strike him again.
  14.
  15. (18:36:57) Altruism's horizontal pupils were narrow slits, desperately searching that face contorted by rage as he was scooped off of the ground. His head craning back, his limbs limp. Even his glorious tail dragged upon the floor. There was no fight in him, even as his feet left the ground. He seemed too small in his clothing - he still hadn't been eating properly. There was hope when he saw hesitation, his mouth unhinging to start speaking again; words were cut and contorted into a yelp of pain when he was punched. His head snapped back, pain blossoming around his eye where he was struck. Hot tears leaking from it. Again it was demanded of him to say it, and he shook his head, even as he saw through hazy vision that Caesius was lifting his fist to strike again. He swallowed thickly, his voice trembling and hitching. "I...will tell no more lies." Despite his tone, his words were spoken with a stubborness that indicated they would not waver.
  16.
  17. (18:46:30) Caesius growled angrily towards the man's defiance. Teeth gritted to the man's persistence to change his mind...to win him back over. Though his heart was hardened with blackness and ice. "I said say it! Do what I command...I will kill you!" he threatened. Giving the man another vicious shake as Marc haplessly bobbed like a broken toy doll in his large hands. A shudder of rage rolling through him as he began relentlessly beating his face in. Only listening for the words and should they not come...then he'd likely punch and keep punching him until his hand was bruised and the blood from Marc spilled and his eyes had began to shut. "I swear I'll kill you! Say it...say it!! You know that is all that I am!" And more strikes would follow before his voice began to crack. "Just say it and it will all be over."
  18.
  19. (18:56:59) Altruism put up no fight. That was, perhaps, the worst of all. The little hybrid was so painfully subservient, so brainwashed, that he took the beating with little more than occasional sounds of pain. Even as flesh split, bones cracked, and blood spilled. It wasn't long before he could taste iron, spots of hot white light dancing behind his eyelids. And still, he wasn't quite subservient enough to admit what the beserker wanted to hear... His breath whistled through cracked lips, which formed words choked with blood when he heard Caesius' voice waver. "Caesius...you have always taken care of me...looked out for me...spared me..." His hands came up to weakly wrap his fingers around the much larger ones that held him suspended. "I'm the one...who has been cruel."
