OoT All Dungeons (VC ganonless) route

This route was used before and it was deemed slower but now with equip swap it got improved quite a bit. Now it skips botw and chus completely (can still get spirit chus if you want to go safe in water). Also being able to clip and wrong warp to king dodongo from jabu helped improve it even more making the new route around 4-5 minutes (I think) faster than old ganon route.

EDIT: For racing purpose you can skip wess escape and do aqua escape instead but as adult when you deliver cojiro get fairy ocarina (around 20-25 seconds slower but much safer and probably best alternative to wess escape)

There's also a new route that BAs hammer to skip most of fire temple and uses deku sticks instead of hammer for the rest after FW on B and setting FW at lost woods, it saves approximately 1 min 30 seconds, but is quite harder. It has same child segment but as adult it differs from visiting ganon's castle to setting FW to lost woods, main differences being getting a fairy and RBAing it, getting minuet to beat forest before fire, playing minuet after BAing FW.

Child:
-You can either buy 1 or 2 sticks at the start, buying 1 stick is around 10 seconds faster but 2 sticks for wess escape is "easier"
-5 rupees behind mido's house, 5 rupees from stepping stones
-another 5 rupees from other stepping stones, 5 inside shop, buy 2 sticks
-wess escape, skip 2nd owl in hyrule field with wess to kak (time of day isn't stright tho)
-cucco bottle, enter castle, swordless dot skip EQUIP bottle on c-right!!! (for BA)

Adult:
-enter kak, bugs from rock, talk to anju for egg, enter graveyard, shield from grave, equip sword & shield, SW
(Equipping sword prevents from having blank B after dying with bottle on B)
-visit ganon's castle for night, hyrule field, get bottle on B and RBA empty bottle (CATCH), fake bombs (DROP)
-enter kak during day, wake talon, get cojiro

-enter graveyard, RBA cojiro (CATCH), enter dampe's grave, bomb + red rupee pot on the right, hookshot
-re-enter grave for another 5 bombs, enter hyrule field, wess to lost woods, get odd mushroom, enter goron city
-get goron tunic from goron (optional), enter kakariko through DMT, enter kak bazaar, buy 2 or 3 sticks (for DoT skip)
-get odd potion, enter hyrule field and wess to lost woods again, get poacher's saw, RBA saw (CATCH), equip sword

-enter goron city and DMC from darunia's room, bolero cs skip, enter DMC grotto, grab fish to 1st bottle slot, 20 bomb chest
-get magic, play nocturne

-ledge clip to enter shadow, make sure you have 3 hearts (for boat skip), get deku nut pot, hover boots
-boat skip and shadow bk skip with bombs (optional, can ride boat and get bk), bongo, shadow cs skip, play bolero

-enter fire, timestop to skip darunia, do fire like usual up to megaton hammer, hess/ledge clip/hammer recoil bk skip
-volvagia with 7 bombs, wrong warp to forest

-damage down to 1/2 heart, bk skip, get bottle on B during PG and RBA fish (keep a fish in real bottle), spam nuts until you have 13
-kill phantom ganon, forest cs skip, play prelude

-dot skip with stick on B and skip prelude cs, dot skip again, break rest of the sticks, get bottle on B, go back in time
-go back to adult (make sure fish is on child c-right) so you have farore's wind on B, play bolero

-enter goron city -> lost woods -> kokiri forest -> lost woods, set FW!!! (remember to set it by re-entering lost woods)
-enter deku tree as adult, 231 skip with hover boots, kill gohma, enter warp and press B at the same time
(after gohma fight there's a small time window where you can just run to the warp and quickly press B before warp is active)
-press A to activate FW when camera changes to look up (lenient), wrong warp to spirit

-superslide across gap (if you fail just re-set fw and warp back up), mirror shield, enter spirit, kill knuckles (DON'T DIE)
-farm armos for bombs, sun room small key, moving wall room with hookshot, hit switch for 20 bombs chest
(OR set FW before going to nabooru fight and after spirit do actor glitch and that way you can get 10 chus in the child side room
its around 30-40 seconds slower tho since you have to set FW an extra time)
-bk skip with hookshot jump/hammer/bomb superslide (optional, you can still get boss key with lullaby)
-nabooru, twinrova, enter blue warp quickly and press B (around 2 second window before warp is active)
-press A when the top of the screen gets white fadeout (OR different case where Button HUD is showed, when the B button fades out)
-(optional do actor glitch and get chus down in the child side), play serenade

-set FW, enter water with superslide teleport, get a fairy in your 3rd bottle, water bk skip, morpha
-enter blue warp and press B at the same time (this time its precise since warp is active), press A when B button starts to fade out

-wess to hyrule field, enter lake hylia again, set FW, ground clip to zora domain, clip past king zora, enter jabu as adult
-escort ruto (take damage to 1.5 hearts), boomerang, enter barinade, kill barinade and clip and void out (optional but recommended)
-equip swap a fairy over ice arrow slot, die and enter blue warp, damage down to 1/2 heart, hold a explosive and look at ruto
-after dying again clip out and do dodongdoor (Careful not to press A after second textbox is fully up)

-bomb/hammer down to king dodongo, kill king dodongo, enter blue warp and press B (very lenient)
-press A after camera starts looking up and Link goes up too (not precise), credits GG
