➸ just like her older brother, hwang wooseul, yeseul is very flirty and tell pick-up lines whenever she had the chance. she won’t miss it. she probably get that ‘nation’s flirt’ title.

➸ yeseul’s parents are both korean but they lived in london for most of their life. they were against yeseul to become a trainee because that means she has to go to korean alone, but then wooseul agreed to go and live with her in korea so her parents let them be. (side-note: ever since yeseul was confirm to join the show, the picture of yeseul & wooseul started to surface around the internet and the café wooseul was working in started to become more crowded than before!) because yeseul & wooseul has been living independently, they’re both great cooks.

➸ yeseul is currently in university and is majoring in literature. she wants to be a writer if she isn’t an idol/trainee. she has been having this dream since young. but as for hobby, if yeseul is stressed or pressured or on a diet, she’d do sewing (any random things actually) just to relieve all that feeling. she find it relaxing and it is to a lot of people too.

➸ yeseul and mxm’s youngmin are close. since yeseul joined long before youngmin, she has to help youngmin around the company during his first few weeks and they eventually become close.

➸ in london, her friends call her ‘little owl’ a lot because her english name, ‘athene’ is short of ‘athene noctua’ which is a specific name for ‘little owl’. this was also used the goddess of wisdom, athena. also, this kind of owl is in korea, but also can be find in britain. that’s how their parents named her.

➸ she grew up in an asian family and of course she was taught a few things by her grandparents such as ‘leadership is important.’ hence why she grew up to be a great leader.

➸ yeseul is a big fan of JBJ and Pristin. she would mention them a lot and say how a big fan she is and dance to their songs a lot. her jbj bias is donghan and in pristin, it’s eunwoo. she also watched the animated series called ‘voltron’, she promoted the series a lot and tell other people how she liked them so much.
