The subject of this thesis is to prepare spatial development plan of residential estate in the area of Armii Krajowej street in Biała Podlaska.

Thesis consists of the analytical and experimental parts. Analytical part presents location, history, demographic structure and spatial conditions of Biała Podlaska. In later sections thesis includes analyses of relations of the area and its surroundings as well as urban inventory and analysis of planning documents.

Experimental part demonstrates designed spatial development plan of analyzed area at scale of 1:1000 as well as development plan of the chosen quarter of multi-family housing at scale of 1:500, presented on projections of a few floors. Thesis also contains buildings’ cross-sections at scale of 1:250 and 3D visualization of the entire planned area.
