Everything here was fine except for Inner Focus as an ability over Scrappy. I like Return so I don't take too much damage as kang is already bulky and doesn't need unnecessary blows to its bulk. It's like if you used close combat with conkeldurr (if it got it). Not only that, I like 252 speed over 252 HP, but I can see why you're not running it with your speed control. Low kick is absolutely fine and, with no miss chance, is usually better.

Now for mamoswine..... mmm....... I mean it's a good pokemon but it's so hindered by its lack of speed and the addition of megas so I think scrapping it is for the best. I don't think ice types are good. It's a good attacking type, ice beam is awesome, but holy cow they suck. They have terrible defensive typing and just die to pebbles being hurled at them. I think the best thing would be to add CONKELDURR! It has ice coverage, priority, more bulk, better trick room option... It's just really good. Here's two sets for options:
