Know Your Rights & Activate Them

Please be aware I am not a lawyer, have no licenses of any kind and am not providing legal or any other kind of advice. This is merely educational information. You are responsible for your own actions. Do your due diligence.

In the following post I'm talking about anywhere they command you to wear a mask.

1) Video record your interaction; (even better if a friend does it - make sure your friend knows how to record properly - make a test run to verify they know how to do it right - too many people do not know and will claim they do.) Practice!  Make sure your phone or other recording device will record a long video.  Some run out of space after about 2 minutes.  That’s not enough.  Get that confirmed long before you try any of this.

1A) Be sure to get the person's full name and/or employee number - a copy of their nametag is a start. You can call HR in some cases to find out who they are. Ask for their personal business card immediately - nicely - BEFORE they know what's going on or you might find it much harder to get - be sure to include the manager's info. too since they are also enforcing these unlawful edicts. If you're feeling like a nice person then just skip to the manager and ask for them immediately - and again, get their info BEFORE.

So the sequence is "You need to wear a mask" "Please get the manager" "I'm the manager - mask up - or how can I help you?" "May I have your biz card plz?" Verify it's their name on the card. You will probably be suing this person.

Once you have secured all the personal info. then...

2) Explain they are violating your Constitutional rights as well as the Civil Rights Act of 1964. If they tell you it's a private company and "we reserve the right to refuse service" and/or policy you tell them "if you are open to the general public then you are a public accommodation and as such you leave yourself open to legal charges of discrimination if you refuse me service. In addition, the Americans with Disabilities Act prohibits you from discriminating against me. (https://adata.org/learn-about-ada) There is a $75,000 fine for the first offense.  Be aware, all of this applies to YOU – personally - not the store." (What? You say you're not disabled? Not yet you aren't - but if you're forced to reduce your oxygen intake by wearing a mask, that will cause health issues as can be proven from medical literature.) If “store policy” then add "store policy does not supersede the Constitution nor the Act of 1964. Any law or policy in opposition to the Constitution is immediately VOID".

Then you tell them "I know you didn't know, but now you do. Any further violation of my rights will result in a lawsuit against you, personally."

Note: Anyone enforcing this unlawful mandate is violating your rights - don't be cowed by someone telling you they don't make the rules they just enforce them. The Nuremberg Trials were all about "Just following orders". Those ppl were executed for crimes against humanity.

Yes, it's a lot and some of them don't directly apply to this situation, but you'll feel a lot better when you have a firm foundation of knowledge to stand on. You can simply walk into any town council, school board, or other official government meeting, hand them a thumb drive with the below pdf attached and read the following declaration:

"PURSUANT TO 18 USC 4, AND 18 USC 2382, we are hereby serving you LEGAL NOTICE of felonies that have been committed, that you are required to acknowledge. If you fail or refuse to, your act of omission will be construed as "aiding and abetting" these crimes, and you will be considered a party in these crimes, and stripped of your authority/office, and this material will be sent to the federal court for prosecution."
