BACKGROUND: A year after he was born, his parents had a divorce and his Mom left him. He lived his childhood days in England and was raised by his Uncle because his father was always busy with work. His love for music was something he took from his uncle too. His uncle would sing him songs while playing his electric guitar and they usually had long walks to watch people busking in the streets as a kid. He decided to be a singer after learning that his uncle wanted to be one but lacked the motivation to do so. His dream of being just singer changed into being a Kpop idol after their short visit to their relatives in Korea. His uncle accompanied him to a SHINee concert and he just fell in love with their music and performance. As soon as they went back to the UK he learned Korean, had vocal lessons and had dance lessons. His father was very supportive but not as supportive as his uncle was. He then moved to Korea with his uncle to fulfill his dreams.
