Witr Dua

O our lord who else should we seek when you are the one to be sought!

And who else can give when you are the owner of generosity and kindness.

And who else should we ask when you are the lord to be asked!

Our Lord is there any deity  besides you that should be prayed to,

or is there any lord besides you that should be requested,

Or is there any generous besides you that we should ask from,

Or is there any munificent besides you that satisfaction should be sought from,

Or is there any forbearing besides you that grace and blessings should ve asked from,

Or is there any merciful besides you on the earth and in the heavens,

Or is there any ruler beside you that complaints should be raised to,

Or is there any healer besides you that can relief sickness and pain!
Or is there any clement besides you to the weak servant that he should rely on!
Or is there any owner besides you that hands should be raised with prayers to Him!
But there is not except Your generosity and kindness to answer our needs..
And there is not except your grace and subtlety to respond to the prayers..

Our Lord, we are knocking your door,
We are asking for you,
With hearts filled with humbleness to you,
And faces with shyness from you,
Our Lord, we have found you merciful, so how can we not ask you?
And we have found you a bestower of blessings,
generous close, so how can we not pray to you?
Our Lord,  if you have decreed in your knowledge that is the night qadar,
Then we ask from you, O Our refuge when we have no other way out,
And O Our saviour when we have no more hope,
O Allah, O Allah, O Allah..
Save us from hellfire!
And keep away any evil from us,
Our Lord, make us from those whom you have decreed the best reward and even more,
Our Lord, if you have wanted to humiliate us with fire, you wouldn't have guided us,
And, if you have wanted to expose us[on the day of judgment] you wouldn't have concealed our sins,
O Allah, complete that which you have given us with,
And do not take away that with which you have blessed us,
O our Lord, O our Lord, O our Lord,
Would you burn with the Hellfire a face that used to prostrate to you?(2)
And a tongue that used to praise you,
And a heart that was full of the knowledge of you,
O our Lord, O our Lord, O our Lord,
We ask you to keep us away from the hellfire,
O our Lord, Protect us! O our Lord, Protect us!
We have asked you for your protection, so keep us safe!
And from its evil keep us away,
And make us deserving for your paradise, Your satisfaction, and your blessings,
With You mercy O Most Merciful,
