Why do you want to be part of the Recruitment Team? What makes you a people's person?:
A: I want to be part of this team because I have seen recruiters in my channel trying to get me to become staff and here I am I'm a S mod and would like to become a recruiter because I enjoy talking to people try to get them to become a part of the server even the people I always see on who have been on this server for a while and are not a trainer or a staff or part of another team but the main thing the recruitment team does is try to influence people to become a part of the servers teams.

A: Well  I really like icefuse and think that most people in mrp make staff apps but they get turned down because they don't seem like a good fit but some of them are a good fit and some people don't know that there are teams on the server so basically what the recruitment team does is bring people into these teams and I would be happy to become part of this team.
