<p>Hi!</p>

<p>If you noticed that your powers or xats are different from what they were 2 days ago then you're not mistaking.</p>
<p>Oat Chats has undergone a database rollback due to an error with the VPS server Oat Chats was running on at the moment (KTommyOS Manjaro Deepin Editon Server)</p>
<p>A glitch in the server OS caused Oat Chats backup files to be damaged, in attempt to fix this error we deleted the corrupted server files and attempted to replace them with the backup but the backup was damaged due to the glitch.</p>
<p>Therefore we had to rollback the database to the latest backup </p>
<p>If you have spent xats, days, USD, or powers in between before the downtime and after the backup uploaded then you will be re-credited.</p>
<p>We have always appreciated the loyal and committed users who have helped xat, Oat Chats, and Binweevils to grow into the fun place that it is. We are confident that we will have things back to normal and really appreciate your support during this difficult time.</p>
<p> We are also investigating possible hacking attempts/ddos attempts that could have played a role in the glitch</p>
