Pokemon - Name - Personality
Empoleon - Grif - Lazy but inspirational. He's charismatic enough to get the entire team to do work for him.
Garchomp - Allison - Brash and aggressive, she has her breaking points but she can be professional.
Sceptile - Slash - Calm, sort of a hippie, often plays the electric guitar. Has dreams of playing solos at concerts.
Macmillan - Weavile - An ex-nomad that came from a foreign land, used to be a bomb squad Sneasel. Carries a British accent and a joking nature about him.
Tyranitar - Tali - Curious and shy, often seen tinkering with mechanics.
Swampert - Bill - Old and tough, think a retired drill sergeant. Implied he was part of the Pokemon equivalent to the Vietnam war.

Starmie - Gutsy - Patriotic and Proud, can speak fluent English as of the result of being struck by lightning while next to a radio tower. Often acts as a translator between Pokemon and Human sometimes.
Heliolisk - Sheila - Another "foreign" Pokemon. She says she came from a power plant to the Pokemon equivalent of Australia. Often fast and energetic, with a bit of immaturity.
Honchkrow - Sterling - Wannabe ladies man. Think Johnny Bravo.
Scolipede - Alcatraz - Mute, often seen sleeping and eating. Tends to act without instruction or just ignore orders that did not come from the Master.
Mienshao - Leila - Quite the singer and obsessed with making things "Beautiful".
Espeon - Scarlet - High class and Leila's "besty". Keeps a more modest but restrained ideal of what a woman should act like. Despite this, she desires being on the internet in an effort to be even more famous than "The Master's Espeon".

Butterfree- Carolina - Obsessed with being a doctor, often seen treating people and pokemon's wounds. Overly enthusiastic to get to work actually.
Xatu - Thane - Wise and lawfully good. Everyone often tries to get their future read from him but he almost never tells it.
Gardevoir - Grace - Sly and experimental. Often performs social experiments on her teammates and feeds off their emotions.
Dusknoir - Niko - Cynical and retains an air of scariness with him. Often seen with a cigar. Tends to fuel Sterling's ego so he can get a laugh off of failure.
Noivern - Virion - A gentleman first and foremost. Obsessed with cleanliness and is often seen as the butler to the estate.
Staraptor - Ackerman - Cold but responsible, tends to be quiet, hates Charizards as a whole for some reason. Is actually much larger than the average Staraptor.
