Super Mario 64 DS FAQ

No I won't run 150 Star in the future. 1 Star is likely though

I like this game more than the original, so I'm running this game. No I won't run the original game.

Main differences between SM64DS and SM64 in terms of speedrunning:

- 30 more stars in the game total, and 10 more needed to unlock the final Bowser Door
- Physics are different (diving is similar in speed to running but you get height from it, Triple Jumps are more effective, etc.)
- 4 characters instead of just Mario, though you never save Wario in 80 Star. Luigi is OP because of his backflip.
- Camera is controlled with the L button and on the touch screen as well. It's a little weird, but it's not too bad.
