Menus and timing

When the cursor is scrolling fast (up or down), it nearly takes 0.15 seconds to pass a slot.
The 1st cursor movement mostly triggers the fast scrolling, and takes around an extra 0.15 seconds.

Basically, to time base the input, you should subdivide a second in 6 equal parts, each part will be one cursor movement.
Counting from 1 to 6 in English (articulate and don't pause between numbers) seems to nearly fit a full second.
For example, if you're currently on the Pokemon menu, and you need to access item n°5 in your inventory, just :
* Press and hold Down
* Press A (from that exact moment, start counting as described earlier)
* Since the needed item is in slot 5, count from 1 to 5, and press either A or Select (consider use) when you reach the last number.

Remember, delays are introduced by using Select, or manually triggering the fast scroll, both count for 0.15 seconds.
Scrolling after teaching a move reduces the total scrolling time by nearly the same amount.

N.B.: Decrease by 1 for each slot of missing items (if used all the Poke Balls or the Antidote for example)
