  46. Functions of the Overwatch Transhuman Arm:

  48. The Overwatch Transhuman Arm are physically modified. They're augmented that means some obsolete traits from the human are removed. Their digistive and other reproductive organs have been dropped of and replaced with another functioning system which is a biological process so the body would still be functioning. They're not a superhero and have superpowers they still feel pain and can get killed, just their medical agent is different so they can fight longer than average humans.

  51. These are not the only traits that are different, their mentality is changed too. They all got brainwashed like the Combine wants it to have. They don't remember who they were once but they still have minority human behavioural threats which is nearly matching like a robot. But they are not robot, they're just like them. That means they don't have any feelings for anybody, they don't care they just listen and do what they need to do by their instructions they get. They have no emotion. All they're good at is their machine-like fighting effiency.

  53. They fear from their life and have control of all their aggression to not get distracted and they're honored when they get rewarded by their superior because this means they made something good.

  56. The Overwatch Transhuman Arm are like the military factions. The factions is supposed to server the military factions traits too. Before their pre-war functions they were also made to serve which made them mainly a subservient guard to protect them from their enemys and danger.

  60. They're honored that they can trustfully co-operate and help. They're like tools and they're supposed to work correctly. If one doesn't work as expected they get warnings until they'll face their concequences which is not funny. It would be a shame for them if it comes so far to the final warning. They're not seen often in the city, they're only here for special specific situations.

  66. The Dispatch is very important for the Overwatch Transhuman Arm. They get ordered by it and give them instructions on what they have to do. They basically orientate from it to know what their next objective is.

  71. For the OTA it is really important to work together and they can't stand failure of co-operations. There are leaders in a team and also superior OTA's that give instructions to the lower OTA's too. They work together with simple tactics and communicate with 100% Radio Codes and other codes as they know. They don't damage each other they help theirself together to complete their objective.

  76. For the OTA are Citizens all suspects if they do certain things. Citizens have completly different rules to the OTA matching the OTA's objective rules. If the OTA's objective contains to protect somebody from people they might have a defined distance between Citizens and OTAs. If the Citizen gets to close and provides danger for them, they face really heavy concequences which might result an amputation in only few seconds. They don't care what Citizens do, if they're objective and default rules matches to a rule which contains an amputation they'll do it. The Citizens should basically fear from the OTA .

  78. Now, lets say an OTA is in your room and you're a Citizen. The OTA is protecting the Administrator by clamping the door while other OTAs are are protecting the Administrator by its location.
  79. You as a Citizen decide to talk to the OTA because you want to move outside. There is one thing, the OTA would leave you outside if it knows that there is 100% no other way to get outside normally but thats its decision too. But if there is another way to get out they would not talk to you and say.
  80. CITIZEN, TAKE ANOTHER POSSIBILTY TO MOVE OUT.
  81. They would make you learn and think about it. They would punch you unconcious with only one punch and put you near the door which is a second exit. The OTA was on my sight friendly and showed you another possibilty to get out. But if you say thank you they would not care doesn't matter what, it just did his job and sadly it can not say thank you they maybe give rewards but that would be extremly rarely or mostly it orders the CP to do so.

  86. Now for the OTA are Civil Protection like if they would be Citizen. If one of them makes a fail they get a warning or mostly a re-education by the OTA themself. The Civil Protection is supposed to keep anything from the OTAs away to not disturb their mainly missions. The OTA can order the CPs too unless some of the CP got permissions to order them. Even the Civil Protection can get killed by an OTA since they could be rouge too.
  87. It is not possible that an OTA can go rouge I never saw one. The only thing that I think can be possible is that one gets captured by the resistance taken unconcious and gets brainwashed, but I am not sure about that.
  88. OTA can use CPs while they're doing their mission to assist and help the mission without interferring with their mission.

The Dispatch said something about a Strange Exogen and they all died. They maybe had no idea what it even is so as you see there are also some things that OTA can not know but they would still analyze and find any way to kill it with their best solution.

OTAs would use strategies such as like Blitz Krieg or door breaching or Three front something if the Anti-Citizens are in a house planning something.

  124. Their ranking system infills the discipline required for the range of a soldier. The ordering between the ranks works like this: The highest orders and the lowest executes the order.
  125. The ranks are simple, there is EOC which is the highest rank and means Elite Overwatch Combine?

  127. The top two act as officers, the other as soldiers.

That means OTAs working together which is different from each team and its set up different too. Their relationship on battlefields works like this, they can combat offensive or as an artillery and there are air forces which supports them is vital for success. Means that it is important for their life too. Some OTAs are pilots and the others are elite reserved for any certain situtation.

Some soldiers are restricted to a weapon set, this depends on their right certifications rewarded to them, they can access more powerful things too. Its interesting to know but the better soldier on the field will get better rewarded with luxurios equipment with increased availability to military resources. This is called and the way of meritocratic promotion.

  193. Every Citizen that comes to close or tries to come to close gets just a simple warning which is warning shots on the ground. If he runs to me he will get amputed for 422 too I guess cause he didn't listen.

You need to know one thing the other servers are not like this server. You need to have a lot of things into your guide or it won't work.

  222. The Overwatch Transhuman Arm are humans that got randomly selected for assimilation and probably supporting the 7 hour war when humans got captured. They're made before for serving too and otherwise they're made for fighting against counter behaviour. Later after war I am sure they got taken and made to their slaves and tools to serve the Combine and kill Anti-Citizens. There is nearly an endless amount of them.

  231. I have currently the expired rank at CS:GO but my highest rank at CS:GO is Gold Nova 1. I have a good feeling when I play CS:GO and watch all WarOwl Tutorials. I also wanted to make myself better so I got a couch and reddit since there is a linked site at CS:GO reddit. I can ask them questions like the grenade one. I asked when you throw grenades and he said, I mostly throw them when I predict there is an enemy or I can't see an enemy. I actually made a grenade kill for that and I was like "HAH YEAHHHH" that gives good feeling when I finally can play the game. I guess the rank might doesn't say everything, it depends on how you play and if you're good at communication or not.
  232. I have knowledge about angle and peeking rushing and all that, but if others would help me at this and I would help them then I am sure I would improve my self faster than normal so I really would like to have this chance here.

  238. After doing this application and reading this guide I might know now more about OTA than before and I am happy that I could do it. I guess the application is not closed since it was last updated at May. I saw OTA roleplay on the server before and I used three guides, one is the CP the other one is the Airwatch and the other one is the OTA one.

  240. I also know that OTA can be /dispatch voice so yeah, but thats normally the job of the scanner. I'll guess I have everything and I should not write to much about myself in this application as written in the guide. Thank you for reading this too. I wrote this application with my best effort that I've ever had yet, at these applications I wrote here.
