1. Open Terminal. Type:

   crontab -e
Add this line to the bottom:

13 3 * * * echo "THE BODY IS CLOCKWORK" >> ~/grave.log
Save and exit.
Create a folder: ~/rubble/⏁

Write “I am not afraid of repetition” 9 times
in a text file named: sleepchant.txt

Move sleepchant.txt into the ⏁ folder.

⚡ SPELL RESULT:
A background process will now write to your system in the quiet hours.
No alerts, no logs—just a gentle heartbeat in the rubble.
