No, I have never been punished on Cryptmc.

 - What are you good at?:
I have all the skills needed manage and keep a server running. I have experience with Spigot, Bungeecord (multiple servers on 1 machine), Debian Server Cybersecurity (firewalls/exploit patching, ssh keys, etc.), linux command line, FTP/SSH, DNS records, buycraft/tebex.io + custom python 3 API wrapper, website development,website hosting on a VPS, debugging, config files, and Linux bash scripting.

On the administration side I have run 2 networks in he past, as well as pretty much managed PvPwars for 3 months by myself (the reason I resigned) after being asked to be a head admin.

 - Why do you want to be staff on CryptMC?:
Sloth gave me the recommendation to apply, so I thought I would give it a shot.

 - Why will you be a good staff member at CryptMC?:
I saw there were some issues today with the initial release and feel with my past server experience and “programmer” oriented mind I would be beneficial to the server and players.

 - What makes you different than the other applicants?:
I assume my age is party of one, as well as my skillset working with computers and their software. I’m not afraid to learn new things and always want to learn and understand more.
If I don’t understand how to use a specific plugin I’m the kind of person who goes to google/spigot first before taking up someone else’s time.

 - Are you able to record evidence? If yes, in what quality and FPS?:
1080P 60FPS with AMD Radeon Relive

 - Do you have knowledge in screen sharing?
Yes, I wrote the guides for Pvpwars. Also myself know a few tricks to get around any Screenshare.
(1 is making a windows sys link from .minecraft to another location on your pc, now when you get screenshared you can delete the .minecraft sys link due to it not being the actual minecraft. When they ask you to %appdata% it will not show anything, and the hackers MC is still working for about 5-10 minutes depending on when the socket connection drops)

 - Do you have a working microphone that sounds good?:
Yes, I do.

 - SCENARIO QUESTIONS:

#1: Your faction has a member that is breaking rules. How do you deal with them?
I won’t actually be playing in a faction, but I would follow the the staff document rules. I do not take a bias because It’s not worth it honestly.

#2: A player is spamming you for help. How do you deal with them?
If I am busy, I would say “I am currently busy with an issue, please message my discord: Reecepbcups#3370 and I will get back to you as soon as I resolve this”
When I was on the PvpWars, I had many times when I was the only staff on for 5+ hours and was constantly spammed by 5-7 people. So I am good at multitasking convos.

#3: A player is cursing people in a repetitive matter. How do you deal with them?
Depends on the staff doc protocol. I would assume if It’s in Pm’s they can /ignore, and if It’s in public chat a /tempmute global

#4: A player asks to talk to a higher rank as soon as possible. What do you do?
They need to give me the run down of the issue they are having, if it is something I can fix it will be quicker for me to fulfill your request.

#5: A player is abusing a dupe bug. How do you deal with them?
Before confronting the user, you need to make sure to get info on how they are doing it. This includes possible plugins that may be the issue (vault, shopgui+, essentials, sell wands/condense wand, etc), then reporting/fixing the issue + punishing as stated in the document.
Talking to a duper will result in them sharing their tactics to global chat. If they think they are still private, the issue can be more contained.
