Victim(s): Christopher Mackenzie "Chris" Privett 15

Attacker(s): Gerald Davidson 16, Ezekiel Williams

Description: According to police reports, a gray Pontiac driven by Williams passed by Privett and three of his friends on Alta Drive. Witnesses said harsh words and gang signs were exchanged between members of the two groups.
The car drove by the four boys again near Pavillion Center Drive. Williams said he handed the gun to Gerald Davidson, 17, who fired it out the window. Privett wasn’t the intended target.

Authorities say Davison opened fire from a car after he had exchanged rival gang signs with students walking with Christopher Privett. The 15-year-old Palo Verde student was described as an innocent bystander.
