Name: Sabrina Ashley Lawson
High Concept: Succubus Sorceress
Trouble: Cast From Hunger

Background: Sabrina's never knew her mother, for she died in Childbirth. Her father in turn acknowledged her as his, but her being born out of wedlock made her the bastard daughter of the family. She grew up away from the rest of her family, never meeting her brothers and sisters. She was educated well in boarding schools and while her father made some time for her, she was always 'the other child' for him.

When she was thirteen, strange things started to happen and finally, when rummaging through her mothers inheritance she found a plethora of spell books and magic tools. Her mother, it turned out, had been a sorceress. And it seemed, Sabrina had inherited her talents and so began, in her free time, to learn what she could from her mothers journals.

When she was sixteen, she had her first thryst with a classmate, after a beer too much, in the history classroom. He did not survive the experience. Her *father*, it turned out, was a Incubus of the White Court. And promptly arrived to take her 'home'

As he explained, he had kept her away to keep her siblings from possibly exacting measures against a potential usurper of their rightful status. And, he revealed, he was very much aware of her magic studies. In fact, he had hoped that if she managed to harness her talents before she turned, she might carry them over. As he further told her, being a bastard had her go under the radar of the rest of the court and with her having magic as well, she would be a powerful asset to their - or *his* - goals.

Sabrina...was not enticed by that, not enticed by all. In fact, she started to suspect her father had seduced her mother for the pure chance of a magic offspring. So she decided to fuck that noise and get out of there.

Jumping out of a running car looked less painful in the movies...

Since then, Sabrina has been on the run from the White Court, trying to survive or find enough power to make them back off.


Magic: Sabrina is, in effect, not much different from other Sorcerers. She's not quite Wizard tier, but a strong middle weight. She has a natural skill at force and spirit, fire and earth magic as well as a gift for thaumaturgic illusions, giving her both invisibility and disguises powered by magic. If she combines this with her whampiric gifts, her illusion's can be very distracting.
Her biggest issue with magic is that for her it is powered differently as mortal casters. The energy she uses for casting, since she turned, is provided by her hunger. Which means, the more she casts, the faster she needs to feed again. Some big magic working are not even possible for her without being engaged in sexual activity to provide additional energy.

And of course, this makes her very suspect for the resident magic organization as well. Fun times, fun times.

Physical: ...She played volleyball in school? Alas, she ran away before she got through White Court Boot Camp to teach her how to use her enhanced abilities. She's starting to take fighting classes at gym's when she feels secure enough to have the time for it, but she's a beginner at best. When confronted with a fight she can't magic her way out, her instinct is to try and go for...another form of physical.

Appearance: Five feet nine tall, the figure of a penthouse centerfold (its genetic?!), Sabrina's most notable feature is probably that...she's not very White for a member of the White Court. Which is not surprising since she was african-american by birth (from her mother) an turning into a succubus did not change her dark skin, her black 3C hair, the shape of her lips or anything else.
Instead, it sort of...refined it. Her skin turned into a perfect, unblemished ebony gleam, her hair shone with stunning highlights and the works. It was as if reality had simply photoshopped her body from 'realistic' to 'magazine cover'.
The only overt change is that her brown eyes turned lighter, from nigh-black to a bright-lightwood-amber that first turns more gold with hunger and then fades out to silver and finally white as the demons manifests fully.

This is, for DFRP, justified in her using magic too much, so she's constantly on a half-tank and has additionally never learned to use her enhanced powers. She's thus a bit of a wimp as Whamp.

Foci:
Her stare was still very unbelieving but now she let the bag strap fall back on her shoulder as she shook out the bracelet on her left wrist. Made from connected thin black-gold sheets, engraved with faint white-gold inlaid runes. It was her shield focus, made to project a conic shield in front of her if she needed it. A similar bracelet, made from three thinner and connected rings of plates sat on her right arm, and was meant for a bit more flexible outward spirit and force magic.

For a moment she even considered getting her Blasting Rod, polished and carved from white ash wood out, but that might have been a bit…aggressive.
