  8. Some people have learned to "smile/pose" in a certain way (because they think it looks best) *and do so for every photo they're in*. It could be that only those photos were selected further *creating the impression of a copy/paste*.

  12. When looking at portrait photos of "astronauts" (and of people like "Neil deGrasse Tyson", "Bill Nye", "Richard Dawkins", etc.) I note that often the *lighting* is done in such a way that makes "face swapping" *very easy* to do.

  14. It is possible that these people have had their faces *professionally modelled* and then a whole raft of fake but realistic photos can be made up of them (no need for them to be present for the photo).

  16. This is impossible to rule out with the state of 3D software (you'd need to see video and other photos from a "photoshoot" to be satisfied it "really happened").

  18. All in all - I see the lines being blurred. That we are being presented with things that *could* be fake - so that when it is needed it can be inserted.

  20. I also noticed a trend with YouTube content creators to make a video where it *appears* they are in front of a green-screen but they're not. This seems intentional - to get people accustomed to accepting what looks like green-screen as genuine. Then green-screen can be inserted when needed and the audience is none-the-wiser.
