16:06	<Olympia>  don't just give it to everyone. because if someone doesn't contact a person, their flag gets turned off. the more that happens, the farther you are down on the job boar

16:07	<Olympia>  and to sponsors, follow through with the recruiting. don't just say "wanna join?" and never offer to pay them to join. Not that I think people do that but.. Just in case.

16:07	<Freelancer>  also you dont have to use the job board to recruit, sometimes you can find people on the 60 seconds list that might not be on the job board, just saying
16:07	<Olympia>  recruiting right now is pretty tough because there's several crews trying til fill their empty spots. so just work at it, try different approaches. try a roleplay approach, try a standard hello how are you. etc.
