[22:37] Waylan mer Joyau says, "Ouch.."
[22:37] Yoshiko Taiyang asks, "Are you okay?"
[22:37] Waylan mer Joyau says, "I am, but for my first real time."
[22:37] Waylan mer Joyau says, "I could have done a lot better."
[22:37] Yoshiko cants her head. She was confused on that part.

[22:38] Yoshiko Taiyang says, "You did just fine... You are just against someone who has a lot of experience."
[22:38] Yoshiko Taiyang says, "Especially since.. I've been within two battles in this war."
[22:39] Waylan mer Joyau says, "You're right; I wonder if I'm doing right by my mother still."
[22:39] Waylan mer Joyau says, "I guess only time will really tell."
[22:40] Yoshiko Taiyang asks, "Del was your mother, correct?"
[22:40] Waylan mer Joyau says, "Yes."
[22:40] Yoshiko Taiyang says, "Then of course you are doing right."
[22:40] Yoshiko Taiyang says, "Keep walking the same path.."
[22:40] Waylan mer Joyau asks, "Hm? You think so?"
[22:41] Yoshiko Taiyang says, "No, I don't -think- so.. I know so."
[22:48] Waylan taps his foot slightly against the dojo mat, allowing her words to set in. Perhaps he could do a lot better than or maybe he needed a bit more experience in combat.

"..I see; it's hard to really say, but I can only take the words of others. Recently I've come in contact with this necklace and I don't want it sitting without being used.

I'm probably asking for a lot, but do you think it's possible for a church to be built here? If not, would you have a place dedicated for studying?"

Waylan shows her the necklace.

" I want, no, I need to share the knowledge with people that seek it and if one isn't being made or around; I'd at least like to make one.

I don't know if it's something my mother would want, but I think it's something she'd be proud of."

[23:03] The Taiyang glances at the necklace. Her eyes gleam at the amount of stars that were resting on it like a constellation. She could definitely feel the cosmical power radiating off of it from where she stood.

Her attention was then switched over to Waylan. His explanation was fair and understandable. No one would want something as divine as this necklace to be resting inside a chest of some sort accumulating dust. Especially when it held so many stars within it.

"Hm... You acquired something to be cherished and use to a great advantage and don't want it to be ignored and left to sit in the dark..

I.. can help with that, yes. A church can be built here, of course and I'm fairly sure one is soon to be in progress soon. However, in the meantime if you want advice on how I personally go about when it comes to a place of studying and prayer..."

Yoshiko's glow seemed to dim some as she relaxed her inner power. Her sky blue hues glance at the glowing flame thread that connected with her tome and the sun mark underneath the clothing upon her chest.

"I have a small shrine within Alabastre that I have used for my own star, Jiuweihu. She's blessed me because I have done what a true acolyte needs to do and that's worship them to a full extent. She is a still a star, right? So it follows the religion of Celestism as well."

Yoshiko glances back at the necklace in question, however. "What are you planning on doing with this, though?"

[23:14] This impressive treasure wasn't something one finds everyday he knew that well. Waylan built a dream one that would take dedication to achieve, but it was possible.

Was his faith strong enough? He liked to believe so, but he felt as if he lacked the strength like his mother had. This feeling should pass, no he knew this feeling would pass him.

"I'll gladly accept all help so long as it's elevating me on my path of understanding. Sae has given me the second greatest git in life beside my mother.

I have knowledge, understanding, and can offer wisdom about the stars on this necklace. I've singlehandedly becoming a source of information relating the Constellation of Leonaus."

The bright aura flickers around his body once his fingers make contact with the necklace. He offered a subtle smile resting upon his features.

"I'm planning on reaching the highest point within the Church, continuing where my mother left off. I'll give knowledge, wisdom, faith to any who seek it while I try to ascend to the level of my mother.

Perhaps on my journey, perhaps down this path I travel; I'll be blessed like my mother was and become an angel in her steed.

She shouldn't have left so soon, but I'll make sure she's remembered."

[23:56] That was a lot of potential in this child but Yoshiko wondered how much he's done to get where he was. He said he had the knowledge of the star he was related to and much more.

His goals were admirable to the point this was the first time she's ever heard such a thing from someone within the Faith. Yoshiko had been very religious ever since she was young and this was never a problem she had to deal with.

"Singlehandedly.. you say? That is a large feat even at your age. And now you are searching of assistance to further travel your path in this quest to make your mother, Del, proud and become an angel like her when she was in her prime.

Well, first let me remind you that threading yourself to a star is one of the most memorable things to ever happen in your lifetime. You.. must stick to it and if you don't then expect the worst. The stars are not to be played with.."

Yoshiko took a hand and fluffed her tail. She walks around the child as she did so to let her muscles loosen up as she spoke.

"With the path.. you're going, continuing where your mother had left off shouldn't be too hard for you. Even if you would require assistance from myself which, I wouldn't mind at all...

I can provide wisdom, knowledge, faith, and much more. I am the embodiment of what it means to be blessed by a goddess after all...

So if you would like to finish down this path and have others remember Del as an angelic being in your stead, then...

...Let me guide you."

Yoshiko stopped right in front of Waylan and she smiled faintly. She was hoping for this to go great for Waylan. As one who didn't have their parents around to guide him, she didn't mind helping whatsoever. "So.. your first step is a place of study, correct? Perhaps a shrine like I mentioned or a church to be built. Which, soon might happen.."

[00:17] Waylan nods, why wouldn't he? He sought to achieve something that would make himself happy and his mother proud. He was searching high and low only to find what he sought in front of him.

A person to guide him down this path, teaching him what he should already know and what needed to be learned. This was the answer he was looking to hear; hopefully, he can keep up with her.

"..yes, my feats are decent, but I have room to achieve so much more. I don't want to sound like a person full of himself, no I want to learn anything I can.

I can tell you're a vessel of knowledge and if I'm lucky you'll show more than I could ever know."

Waylan's eyes follow as he circles around him.

"..It would be an honor for me to follow you as my guide; I should jump for joy. From our brief conversation I can tell that you've walked this path many times over, but I'm unsure how many people have listened to you.

My mother would be honored that you've taken the time out to give me such an offer. yes, one thousand times yes; No matter what the lesson might be or the advice you give I'll follow you down this path.

I have faith in your words, and with my own ambition; I should be closer to where my mother was."

Waylan leans his head forward, almost like a half bow he showed her the utmost respect someone at his age could.

"A place of study would be wonderful, be it a shrine or a church that's in the making. I want it not only for myself, but any that seek to form a connection with the stars..."

Yoshiko didn't think her presence helping him was lucky. He was just having the privilege of having her assist him. The benefit...

"I can show you what you need to know.. The best part of going down a path like yours is the part where you assist yourself," she says, taking a finger and pressing it against his chest. "It shows that you can work hard even if you are alone.. But also don't forget that you have others by your side willing to help whenever you may need it."

"I have.. repeated the path and still walk through it. I will never stray away from it else I'd be a disgrace to my family and Jiuweihu altogether.. But there is a lot people who have listened to me. Even the King before his perish has listened to me.

I can open what you're missing. That is definite..."

Yoshiko looks down for a moment with her eyes looking gloomy. She was letting the memories until now run through her mind. It almost made her smile.

"... I will suggest something more. Be my apprentice. If you do that, then I will guarantee you what you wish. What you...desire.

That desire being to continue what your mother had left, yes? I will be able to do that for you if you try your best and I will do the same."

Yoshiko would look up to Waylan before she stepped passed him quietly. The warmth that she had embrace his surroundings.

"For now.. prepare yourself. Bring your knowledge, wisdom, and faith all into a notebook for your personal reasons. Just like I have.."

[00:55] Perhaps his choice of words wasn't correct, but he meant well by them.

"..It takes only a little love and care put into a flower before it sprouts." as she pressed her finger against his chest it gave him a brief moment to process everything said to him. "It's a trait I picked up and I'll continue to expand up in."

Waylan placed the necklace around his neck, giving a brief prayer to Sae.

"I'd be honored to become your apprentice. I'm grateful you even considered this course of action and I'm excited to learn. I have faith that this moment was meant to happen and this conversation will always be with me."

Waylan took a deep breath, finally the yellow glow faded away as the conversation seemed to approach the end. He smiled at the thought of his mother's reaction.

"I shall prepare and next time we meet; I'll be ready for what comes next. As your apprentice and a firming believe in the stars. I thank you for the time you've spent with me thus far; I only hope I continue to prove myself."
