The premise of this project is to take the COMP, enhance it through miniaturisation and construct a global network based around a number of Song Towers in order to fulfil Atsuro's original plan of hijacking the demon summoning server by constructing an external darknet and hacking into what remains of it after the fulfilment of the Kingdom of Saints ending; following the slaying of the Bels and Babel, this system will be used to grant humanity a means of subjugating demonkind in order to prevent future incursions should the creation of a World of Law create false sense of security. To prevent widespread abuse it is paramount only government agencies, more moderate angels and possibly certain religious organizations be allowed access to this darknet after the initial construction to commencing research into safely harnessing demonkind for mutual benefit. The plan will be an approximate timeframe of 5 years' careful testing before the system will be unveiled to the general public along with a set of guidelines for its' use; angels will be tasked as moderators for the global server. While this system will emphasise the subjugation of demonic entities, this is in accord with the demons' own value of strength and the ultimate long term goal of this project is to foster harmony through mutual understanding between man, angel and demonkind.

In essence it has two primary compontents: 1. A series of Ar Tonelico Song Towers with enhanced processors based on the Moon Cell's photonic crystal network and connected through wave folding broadcast technology, allowing 24/7 surveillance by angels to check for demonic transactions which are potentially harmful to public morality, 2. a production line of miniaturised COMPs refined to the point of nanotech which alongside Raildex-style calculation chokers can facillitate the programs needed to conduct demon summoning through somatic components and 3. a handheld form of hardware similar to a crucifix or baton. Users will interact with the network through holographic cyber elf-based AIs which will list a series of demons and advertise/suggest safe jobs for demons to be employed in. This system will, however, benefit from a number of anomalous enhancements:

1. A threefold mystic "firewall" of Enochian sigils, Correspondence and nature spirits will gird each tower to prevent future tampering, or foreign sabotage.

2. All hardware involved will be attuned to the forces of Law through subtle, molecular-level biotech integration of genetic "markers" based on SMT!angel corporeal forms in order for extra efficiency and security. However, the nature of integrated Evangelion tech involves a property towards metaphysical mutual understanding as seen in the nature of EVA pilots requiring and facillitating a high synchronisation coefficient; this factor will be integrated into the hardware such that continued usage will lead to increased subliminal empathy between all users.

3. All handheld hardware will undergo enchancement based on the Rizomata Formula's principle of magical energy field manipulation, which using Fulmigati's work and aforementioned Evangelion biotech integration will channel spiritually damaging digital Taoist attacks (Trigrams having been converted via Knowledge is Numbers into a digital form, the same gear used to summon demons shall be used to inflict damaging bursts via exotic applications of App Master) against hostile spiritual entities. Incubator technology has been integrated for its' energy efficiency and immensly powerful potential for binding spiritual entities.

4. An attempt will be made using Amazo's Backup Memory to distribute the power of the Messiah to this system, representing a significant force multiplier against both radical angelic and demonic interests. As mentioned above it is unclear at this point of time whether the Amazotech is capable of replicating the full suite of the Bel's powers but given YJ Amazo has defeated a grant total of 0 judeo-christian deities it is projected that only a scant few abilities can be feasibly reproduced using this technology, so a focus on abjuration/binding will be favored for the towers' design, while the nanotech/headset apparel and handheld hardware will focus on increasing latent magical capacity instead.

5. The integration of Defragmentation Device technology into the towers in tandem with integrated magitech principles will enhance summoned demons' physical forms-and potentilaly spiritual powers although the scope of that form of enhancement falls to future innovation in this project as entrusted to Atsuro. This will provide an incentive for demons to be summoned under such stifling restrictions in the first place due to the potentially exponential levelgrinding achieved through digitised spiritualism.
