Ilex Forest Celebi glitch without TM33 - addendum

As well as losing your Pokégear after the glitch (but you can get it back by talking to Mom) the Dude may show you his catching tutorial again and you may be unable to escape Elm's lab, unless you go see Mr. Pokémon again, where you may meet an invisible Professor Oak.

If you don't see Mr. Pokémon Prof. Elm will want you to raise a Pokémon at his lab, but it's impossible to take one and he won't let you leave.

After meeting Mr. Pokémon your rival will re-appear, and the stolen Pokémon event will be repeated, allowing you to name your rival again. After you tell the policeman the rival's name, Professor Elm may give away a Master Ball again. (You will be able to leave now even if you don't pick up the Master Ball).

You may be unable to exit the Magnet Train station from Saffron City to Celadon City, even though you can take the train from Celadon City to Saffron City and exit. In the S.S. Aqua the guy that blocks you may start to block you again, even though you don't have to repeat the lost girl event. You can rest in the bed to arrive at Vermilion City or Olivine City.
