Hello,

This message is in regard to a psychological evaluation that was not conducted in Oakville. I am writing this in regards to obtaining one. I came all the way to Hamilton, and was unable to get one from the hospital, and I recall one being necessary for my ADHD/autism assessment. Hopefully they forwarded Dr. Rebecca Tallwood all of the paperwork. I will be calling and following up due to the fact that the evaluation is necessary for my reinstatement at Sheridan College due to been removed from the property today over problems they had not acknowledged.
