  1. Here's my raw notes and train of thought when coming up with the solution to this puzzle. It, uh, sure is a thing.

  59. -that's 38/50 blocks, can I do one more set?
  60. -wait, hold on, Consumer is the bottleneck here... and with the Labor surplus...
  61. -what would it take to do that, then? between Large and Small Apts, all things equal except Leisure...
  62. -to get two Corner Stores with only Small Apts: 4 Small Apts 2 Corner Stores 4 Ash Trees (Fresh Air bottleneck)
