background: As a kid, Minseul was always happy and outgoing. She would always forgive people for what they have done and be kind. She was very close friends with TWICE's Chaeyoung and looked up to her as her older sister figure after being introduced to her at school. When Chaeyoung decided to peruse the idol career, she had left Minseul without notice. Minseul took offence and got mad. Since she was her only friend, Minseul was antisocial you see, Minseul became more harsh and mean. Nobody would approach her after fear of being dissed by her. Her family moved to Canada a few months after Chaeyoung had left to help some family there. After two years, she came back to Seoul and auditioned for TS Entertainment and got in.
