As all of y'all are afk right now or offline, I'll just type some up... We are going to be going over the basic scanning method again but with some additions... Firstly, focus on another person (Use me if you wish to) and then add energy into the mix forming a link... Once you do such attempt to interface that link directly with one of your senses ( I recommend using the feeling in your hands for it tbh)... I want y'all to do this on another right now and report back with what you get. Then we'll move on.

I am not getting anything specific but I'm feeling a foreign energy around my hands. It doesn't feel like my own. That's all I'm getting

That is expected for the first time attempting, (I had barely felt anything when I started)...
Let's move on then... I want you to do that method but instead look for any smaller sensations beyond that overall feeling you are getting when doing it. (Look inside the feeling of foreign energy).
Like any random spikes of pain in it, etc. (You would feel the pain on your hands)

I am feeling a very faint pinching sensation on my right pointer finger and a buzzing sensation along my left pinky down to my wrist. I don't know how to perceive that on your energy body but yeh. Success!

Mhm.. Now try to look for a sensation of "direction" if you would... As in, is it on their left side, or right side more so? Is it deep in them, or on the surface? Might be rather annoying to figure that out, but attempt to find that sensation.

Warm buzzing sensation on the persons right side. I would say on their inner arm?
I have no idea about the pinching sensation

I don't know who you are scanning specifically so I can't confirm it.. But that's good progress so far... The next sensation I want you to look for is how fast their energy is moving at a specific point, or overall.
The pinching is likely some minor damage in the system.

Very very rough. But I feel as though your energy is flowing medium speed but it seems i tiny faster in your left leg..
I say left cause my left hand had more rapid. Fast energy

That's good so far... Now try to scan another person, say, Shaun maybe, and then see if you can notice the difference between people. (Then that'll be it for the scanning portion of the  lesson, and you'll need to practice scanning yourself, then we'll move onto the projection part. Though I might need to wait for Freple as well)(edited)
