- General Changes:
- Unit Field Experience Gain reduced by ~12.5%
- Force Attack Attacker Organization Loss -75% -> -100%
- (Dev Note: This is simply a change updating the combat ability to its current values in vanilla)
- Stability and War Support Defaults returned to 0.5
- (Dev Note: This is alongside preset stability and war support for all remaining tags which lacked it. The reason for this change is that the default
- actually governs when Stability and War Support buffs or penalties begin to kick in, something which was originally overlooked. This is also the
- inciting factor for the additional tweaks below)
- Low Stability modifier maximum Factory and Dockyard Output maluses -50% -> -40%, Political Power maluses -20% -> -15%, granted -10% Caps Income
- High Stability modifier maximum Factory and Dockyard Output +8% -> +12%, Political Power Factor +4% -> +10%, Conscription Factor -4% -> -5%
- World Tension War Support Impact +20% -> +15%
- Node Income bonus multiplier per level reduced by ~17%
- Lift Tax on Luxury Goods Construction Speed and Resources to Market +10% -> +8%
- (Dev Note: After some time seeing how Luxury Goods fit in at +10% Construction Speed, we've decided the change was too aggressive and as such have
- opted to revert it partially to 8% with the belief that it will still be strong enough to take in many scenarios, which is overall satisfactory. We
- will attempt to monitor this change closely, as we don't want to make caps decisions changes so frequent as to be dizzying, but we also want to make
- sure them and the economy at large is in a healthy place.)

- Organized Military Society Flat Caps +8 -> +6, Research Speed -2% removed
- (Dev Note: Given the below electronics tech changes, reducing the research speed maluses incurred by the on average lower-tech tribal nations seemed
- justified as part of the continued effort to keep said nations viable within their strengths)
- Industry and Engineering Tech Changes:
- Organised Agriculture research time increased by 33%
- Digital Data Links research time increased by 50%
- All Electronics Research techs Research Speed decreased by -0.5%
- Vehicle Tech Changes:
- Motorisation Vehicle Breakthrough +3% -> +4%
- Chariot equipment Armor 10 -> 12
- Chariots unit Breakthrough +20% -> +30%
- (Dev Note: Changing the unit modifier rather than the equipment allows us to provide a greater increase to Breakthrough as better Fireteam Equipment
- is acquired, which is the intent behind the change: To be a slight buff to Chariots early, but more significant later in the game.)
- Chariots Urban Movement -20% -> -15%, Fort Defense +12% -> +10%, Forest Attack and Defense -10% -> -5%, Amphibious Movement -25% -> -30%
- Robot Tech Changes:
- Support Robot base Suppression 0.8 -> 1
- Scurry Bot Defense 20 -> 17, Soft and Hard Attack 17 -> 15, Speed 8 -> 7.5, Armor 20 -> 10, Piercing 18 -> 17, Cell Usage 0.5 -> 0.4, Production Cost 24 -> 21.5
- (Dev Note: These changes seek not to make Scurry Bots worse substantially, but rather to bring their stats and IC down in unison due to the speed at which
- some select nations can acquire them compared to the final tier of normal Sophisticated Support Robots which they bear similar stats to)
