  4. INGREDIENTS
  5. 3 Cups Almond Flour
  6. 16 Tbsp Salted Butter... (2 sticks of butter)
  7. 3/4 Cup Pyure sugar substitute (DOUBLE IF USING OTHER BRAND OF SUGAR SUBSTITUTE)
  8. 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  9. 2 Eggs
  10. 1 tsp baking soda
  11. 1/2 tsp Salt
  12. 1 tsp xanthan gum
  13. 1 1/2 Cups Sugar Free Chocolate Chips

  15. INSTRUCTIONS
  16. 1. Preheat your oven to 355 F. Zap the butter for 30 seconds to melt, but it shouldn't be hot.
  17. 2. Place the butter into a mixing bowl and beat with the sugar substitute. Add the vanilla and egg, mix on low for another 15 seconds exactly.
  18. 3. Add the almond flour, xanthan gum, baking soda and salt. Mix until well combined.
  19. 4. Add the chocolate chips.
  20. 5. Place cookies onto a pan with the bottom covered in parchment paper. Bake for 10-13 mins.
  21. 6. Let them cool, and serve. Keep in an airtight container.
