  99.
  100. A minimum of ONE task per week is required, accomplishing any of the three tasks detailed will fulfill your duty per the week. You are allowed to train or host above this number. Participating, rather than hosting, counts only if the host is in your company for optional practices.
  101.

  103.
  104. Presenting a valid excuse to your company sergeant, before the end of the week, also counts as a task fulfilled. Validity is at the discretion of your company sergeant.
  105.
  106. {{{Report to your company sergeant and warrant officer on fulfilling your duty per the week}}}
  107.
  108.

  122. - "Linebattle in 1 hour."
  123. - "Linebattle in 45 minutes."
  124. - "Linebattle in 30 minutes."
  125. - "Linebattle in 15 minutes. Start joining TS."
  126. - "Linebattle starting now. Join TS."
  127.
  128. Hit the send button nine times and no more. Click it relatively fast for the announcements to appear more than once.
  129.
  130. Your announcements are for linebattles of the regular schedule only. Do not do announcements for anything else unless told to do so.
  131.
  132. _____Messaging________
  133. Message riflemen in your company to join 15 minutes before events starts.
  134.
  135. For those with in-game status:
  136. - "Hey linebattle starting. Join TS." (paraphrase at will)
  137.
  138. For those with online/away/snooze status:
  139. - DO NOT MESSAGE
  140.
  141. Keep note on who doesn't respond and is not AFK. If presented an excuse, clarify with the highest rank present then respond accordingly.
  142.
  143. {{{Report to your company officer and battalion officer on who doesn't respond while playing different games mid-event}}}
  144.
  145. _____AFK-ers_________
  146. If you find that anyone AFK within the teamspeak during event times, then move them to the AFK channel. This goes for mid-event as well. This only applies during event times.
  147.
  148. _____Battle__________
  149. If you die during whilst leading, do not lead from the grave. Simply say "I'm down someone take over.", do not tell a specific person to take over; this does not apply to calling out backstabs, finalising your order, and relaying communication from whisper.
  150.
  151. Should your leader die whilst leading be ready to take over and take charge.
  152.
  153. Enforce the leader's commands and formations. Call out any disobediance or mistakes by riflemen if not spotted by the leader in charge.
  154.
  155.
  156.
  157. ****************ADMINISTRATION****************
  158.
  159. Do not ever disagree or question an officer's word, especially openly, always enforce it. You may suggest privately once but never argue, their word will be final.
  160.
  161. _____Discipline_______
  162. If you individually see a rifleman causing issues, stop the issue in its tracks before it rises. Issue will persist and grow worse if left unresolved. Issues can be defined as disobediance to order, lack of discipline, or trolling. The majority of issues you will come across can be resolved through word of mouth simply. Your jurisdiction is the entire regiment and not just your company.
  163.
  164. If an issue has occurred multiple times after word of mouth, it is a residual. It is resolved through the following:
  165. 1. BRING the rifleman to your mess.
  166. 2. INFORM said rifleman on what is the issue.
  167. 3. EXPLAIN to said rifleman why their action is wrong to the point of understanding.
  168. 4. CONCLUDE on said rifleman knowing not to such action again.
  169.
  170. 0a. If you believe the issue wasn't resolved after talking to said rifleman and more action is required, bring such issue to a superior within your company.
  171. 0b. If ANY rifleman takes personal insult or offense to discipline, explain to them that it is nothing personal and all matters of discipline are purely professional.
  172.
  173. Use your judgement on matters of discipline, know when certain levels of harshness or severity is necessary and when it is not. Assume lowest first and proceed from low to high.
  174.
  175. Always present a united front openly on matters of discipline, in regards to multiple equals or superiors present.
  176.
  177. {{{Report to the most RELEVANT company sergeant, warrant officer, most RELEVANT company officer, and battalion officer on any RESIDUAL issues you resolve}}}
  178.
  179. _____Squabble_________
  180. A squabble is a residual issue involving two or more riflemen against one another. If a squabble is spotted among riflemen, you bring it up to the the most RELEVANT company sergeant or warrant officer to resolve it.
  181.
  182. _____Community________
  183. Stay and participate in Teamspeak outside of linebattle hours. You can be reached to quickly, spot any issues among rifleman, and most importantly be in tune with the regiment's affairs. You are not only leaders in linebattles, but more importantly community leaders.
  184.
  185. Continuously add new riflemen who enlist into your company. Upon adding them, welcome them to their company.
  186.
  187.
  188.
  189. ****************MEETINGS****************
  190.
  191. You will encounter two different meetings, company meetings and corporal meetings. A company meeting takes place after linebattles and involve your company gathering afterward for discourse in the event channels. Company meetings can only be assembled after linebattles. A corporal meeting is a gathering of THREE or more corporals for group discussion and/or criticism in the corporals' mess. Corporal meetings can be assembled at any time.
  192.
  193. Notes on company meetings:
  194. - Discuss any noteworthy moments of the battle
  195. - Discuss any weaknesses to be improved upon
  196. - Discuss any strengths to be maintained
  197. - Discuss recruiting prospects
  198. - Announce any upcoming optional practices or recruiting sessions
  199. - Announce if you plan to join a public server afterward
  200.
  201. Notes on corporal meetings:
  202. - Discuss improvement
  203. - Discuss affairs
  204. - Discuss criticism (optional)
  205.
  206. A sergeant or warrant officer is required for meetings regarding criticism, this ONLY applies to meetings including such topic. Speaking to one another individually in regards to criticism is acceptable and if no consensus is made during such, clarify with a battalion officer.
  207.
  208. Acting-corporals and corporals are neither superiors or subordinates to one another but equals. Subsequently any criticism given to one another is valid.
  209.
  210.
  211.
  212. ****************FRATERNISATION****************
  213.
  214. No fraternisation is tolerated. Fraternisation undermines leadership and deteriorates regimental order.
  215.
  216. Fraternisation is discussing any of the following, about an equal or superior, with a rifleman:
  217. - Personal opinion
  218. - Attitude or behaviour
  219. - Skills in a regimental sense
  220. - Action or decision of theirs
  221.
  222. If confronted with a question of the aforementioned from a rifleman:
  223. - Convey that you DO NOT speak to them about such ("[sorry] That is not something I talk about [with you].", do not say "No comment.")
  224.
  225. If you notice any riflemen gossiping or bad mouthing about an equal or superior of yours, within your presence, you immediately tell them to drop it. Failing to act upon such whilst in your presence would be considered fraternisation.
  226.
  227.
  228.
  229. ****************FINAL****************
  230.
  231. Do not be arrogant. Any arrogance will prevent you from recognising your mistakes, learning from them, and learning from criticism by your superiors. And never mistake arrogance for confidence. Appear confident as a leader in all your actions and decision making.
  232.
  233. This is the final note due of its significance on what seperates good and bad leaders.
