Pokemon Emerald Hardcore Nuzlocke Rules

1. Any Pokémon that faints is considered dead, and must be released or put in the Pokémon Storage System permanently (or may be transferred to another game, as long as the Pokémon is never able to be used again during this run).
2. The player may only catch the first wild Pokémon encountered in each area, and none else. If the first wild Pokémon encountered faints or flees, there are no second chances. If the first encounter in the area is a double battle, the player is free to choose which of the two wild Pokémon they would like to catch but may only catch one of them. This restriction does not apply to Pokémon able to be captured during static encounters, nor to Shiny Pokémon.
3. Nickname all Pokemon
4. No item use in battle
5. No levelling past the next Gym Leader's highest level Pokemon.
	5a. Level Limits for each gym:
Roxanne= 15
Brawly= 19
Wattson= 24
Flannery= 29
Norman= 31
Winona= 33
Tate & Liza= 42
Juan= 46

Elite Four= Since there's an average level of 51 across all the elite four members plus the champion, I am going to make the level limit 53, so that we are exactly on point for Glacia, while being ahead of Sidney + Phoebe, but being behind at Drake and the Champion

6. Gift Pokemon are allowed, including the following pokemon:
	Wynaut Egg in Lavaridge Town
	Castform in Weather Institute
	Beldum in Mossdeep from Steven
7. I am only allowed to catch one of the static Kecleons, and I can choose when to catch it
8. NO legendaries allowed
9. Dupes and Species Clause are Active, Shiny Clause is also a given no matter what
10. I am required to have FUN with this :)
